【摘要】：馬克思公正觀是在一定的歷史語境中生成的,針對資本主義社會的不公正問題的思考是馬克思公正觀的邏輯起點。馬克思公正觀的理論實質(zhì)是基于社會生產(chǎn)關系層面而不是別的層面來討論公正問題,沒有僅僅把資本主義社會的不公正問題局限在倫理道德或者價值判斷的層面來看待。從根本上看,它立足于歷史唯物主義的基本視角,指出資本主義社會的不公正所導致的嚴重后果不再僅僅是招致道德譴責,而是會致使危險行為的發(fā)生,因為它必然會導致經(jīng)濟危機的爆發(fā)。馬克思公正觀對于深刻認識和思考社會主義市場經(jīng)濟條件下的公正問題具有重要的指導意義。
[Abstract]:Marx's view of justice is generated in a certain historical context. Thinking about the injustice of capitalist society is the logical starting point of Marx's view of justice. The essence of Marx's theory of justice is based on the social production relationship and not other aspects to discuss justice questions, not just the injustice of the capitalist society. The positive problem is confined to the level of ethics or value judgment. Fundamentally, it is based on the basic perspective of historical materialism, pointing out that the serious consequences of the injustice of capitalist society are no longer merely a moral condemnation but a dangerous act, because it will inevitably lead to an economic crisis. Marx's view of justice is of great guiding significance for a profound understanding and consideration of fairness in the socialist market economy.
