【摘要】：尊重民意是貫穿鄧小平一生的根本價(jià)值取向。十一屆三中全會(huì)以來實(shí)行的改革開放,正是以鄧小平為核心的黨的第二代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體,基于對民意的深刻體察和充分尊重而作出的重大決策�？梢哉f,深入了解民意是推進(jìn)改革開放戰(zhàn)略的現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù),總結(jié)提升民意是改革開放政策的活水源頭,不斷擴(kuò)大民意基礎(chǔ)是加速改革開放進(jìn)程的戰(zhàn)略舉措,堅(jiān)定維護(hù)民意是改革開放政策受到擁護(hù)的根本原因。中國的改革開放政策不僅僅是國家頂層設(shè)計(jì)的產(chǎn)物,同時(shí)也是順應(yīng)民意的結(jié)果。鄧小平的民意策略和成功實(shí)踐,為我們當(dāng)前全面深化改革提供了重要經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Respect for public opinion is the fundamental value orientation throughout Deng Xiaoping's life. The reform and opening up carried out since the third Plenary session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) is precisely a major decision made by the Party's second generation leading collective with Deng Xiaoping as the core, based on the profound understanding of and full respect for public opinion. It can be said that in-depth understanding of public opinion is the realistic basis for advancing the strategy of reform and opening up; summing up and upgrading public opinion is the source of the reform and opening up policy; and expanding the public opinion base is a strategic measure to speed up the process of reform and opening up. Maintaining public opinion firmly is the fundamental reason why the reform and opening up policy is supported. China's reform and opening policy is not only a product of top-level design, but also a response to public opinion. The public opinion strategy and successful practice of Deng Xiaoping provide important experience for us to deepen reform in an all-round way.
