馬克思主義生態(tài)思想對(duì)我國(guó)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的意義研究

【摘要】:基于社會(huì)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)需求,隨著全球環(huán)境逐步惡劣的變化趨勢(shì),由于當(dāng)今社會(huì)過(guò)渡地強(qiáng)調(diào)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)進(jìn)步,從而忽視了生態(tài)環(huán)境的問(wèn)題。因此,必須加強(qiáng)馬克思主義的生態(tài)理論的研究,為社會(huì)主義生態(tài)文明建設(shè)奠定基礎(chǔ),為進(jìn)一步解決和改善社會(huì)生態(tài)環(huán)境創(chuàng)造條件,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)。 改革開(kāi)放以后,我國(guó)社會(huì)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展一直保持著高速增長(zhǎng)的勢(shì)頭,人民的生活水平日益提高,人們的物質(zhì)生活和精神生活也日益改善。盡管在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)出現(xiàn)之前,,生態(tài)問(wèn)題已經(jīng)存在,但是并沒(méi)有形成像現(xiàn)在這樣全球性的嚴(yán)重威脅,生態(tài)問(wèn)題以出乎人類想象的速度和程度惡化,這是目前人類所面臨的最為迫切的重大現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題。因此,積極地合理地協(xié)調(diào)好這幾方面的關(guān)系,走可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路,已經(jīng)成為了我國(guó)建設(shè)社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的重大戰(zhàn)略抉擇。生態(tài)問(wèn)題的出現(xiàn)迫使我們?nèi)祟惿鐣?huì)必須遵循相關(guān)的理論支持,為此,探討馬克思主義的生態(tài)思想與構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)主義相結(jié)合是當(dāng)務(wù)之急。鑒于以上原因,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨十七大報(bào)告在闡述全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)奮斗目標(biāo)的新要求時(shí),第一次提出了生態(tài)文明的命題,并明確了生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的目標(biāo)、任務(wù)、要求以及措施。強(qiáng)調(diào)要建設(shè)生態(tài)文明,基本形成節(jié)約能源資源和使生態(tài)環(huán)境的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、增長(zhǎng)方式和消費(fèi)模式得到保護(hù)。形成較大規(guī)模的循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì),有效地控制污染物排放,使生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量得到明顯改善,并在全社會(huì)樹(shù)立牢固的生態(tài)文明觀念。物質(zhì)文明是在社會(huì)發(fā)展中,人類社會(huì)改造自然的物質(zhì)成果,它表現(xiàn)為物質(zhì)生產(chǎn)的進(jìn)步和改善人們物質(zhì)生活質(zhì)量;生態(tài)文明則是在發(fā)展物質(zhì)文明過(guò)程和改善生態(tài)環(huán)境的成果中,人與自然和諧程度的進(jìn)步和人類的生態(tài)文明觀念不斷地增強(qiáng)。同時(shí),十七大報(bào)告還明確指出要深入貫徹科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,積極地社會(huì)構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)主義。要解決當(dāng)代社會(huì)面臨的各個(gè)方面的不和諧的問(wèn)題,例如生態(tài)問(wèn)題已經(jīng)成為實(shí)現(xiàn)和諧社會(huì)主義社會(huì)目標(biāo)的一個(gè)重大的理論課題,同時(shí)也是迫切需要解決的一個(gè)現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題。 因此,把馬克思主義生態(tài)思想與中國(guó)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)緊密地結(jié)合起來(lái),通過(guò)人與自然的關(guān)系來(lái)最大限度的保持人與自然的協(xié)調(diào)的正確揭示,使自然生態(tài)系統(tǒng)和社會(huì)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)良性運(yùn)行,實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和生態(tài)的和諧可持續(xù)發(fā)展,是當(dāng)前最為關(guān)鍵的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Based on the realistic needs of social development and the tendency of the global environment changing gradually, the ecological environment has been neglected because of the transitional emphasis on economic development and social progress in today's society.Therefore, we must strengthen the study of Marxist ecological theory, lay a foundation for the construction of socialist ecological civilization, and create conditions for further solving and improving the social ecological environment, so as to realize the socialist harmonious society.Since the reform and opening up, the economic development of our country has been keeping the high speed growth momentum, the people's living standard is improving day by day, the people's material life and the spiritual life are also improving day by day.Although ecological problems existed before the emergence of modern industry, they did not pose such a serious global threat as they are now, and the ecological problems deteriorated at a rate and to a greater extent than mankind had imagined.This is the most urgent and important realistic problem that mankind faces at present.Therefore, actively and reasonably coordinating these relations and following the road of sustainable development has become a major strategic choice for building a harmonious socialist society in China.The emergence of ecological problems forces us human society to follow the relevant theoretical support. Therefore, it is urgent to explore the combination of Marxist ecological thought and building harmonious socialism.In view of the above reasons, the report of the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) puts forward the proposition of ecological civilization for the first time when it expounds the new requirements for the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, and clarifies the objectives, tasks, requirements and measures of the construction of ecological civilization.It is emphasized that ecological civilization should be built, and the industrial structure, growth mode and consumption pattern of energy conservation and ecological environment should be protected.To form a large scale circular economy, to effectively control the discharge of pollutants, to improve the quality of ecological environment, and to establish a solid concept of ecological civilization in the whole society.Material civilization is the material result of transforming nature into human society in the course of social development, which is manifested in the progress of material production and improvement of people's material life quality, while ecological civilization is the result of developing material civilization process and improving ecological environment.The progress of harmony between man and nature and the enhancement of human ecological civilization.At the same time, the report of the Seventeenth National Congress also clearly points out that we should carry out the scientific development concept and actively construct harmonious socialism.To solve the problems of disharmony in various aspects of contemporary society, such as ecological problems, has become a major theoretical issue to achieve the goal of harmonious socialist society, but also an urgent need to solve a practical problem.Therefore, the Marxist ecological thought is closely combined with the construction of Chinese ecological civilization, and through the relationship between man and nature, the correct disclosure of the coordination between man and nature can be maximized.It is the most critical problem to make the natural ecosystem and social ecosystem run well and realize the harmonious and sustainable development of economy, society and ecology.
