【摘要】：中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨自建立之日起就非常重視黨群關(guān)系。在全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)、加快推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的新的歷史時(shí)期，隨著改革的深化，群體沖突在一些地區(qū)頻發(fā)，黨群關(guān)系由以前的親密變得水火不容，，甚至存在“異化”的危險(xiǎn)。共產(chǎn)黨作為執(zhí)政黨，能否有力地應(yīng)對(duì)世情、國(guó)情和黨情變化給黨群關(guān)系帶來(lái)的挑戰(zhàn)，切實(shí)維護(hù)好與廣大人民群眾的和諧關(guān)系，破解黨群關(guān)系的“異化”危險(xiǎn)，是我黨在新形勢(shì)下擴(kuò)大執(zhí)政基礎(chǔ)，鞏固執(zhí)政地位的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題。 本文通過(guò)梳理馬克思主義黨群關(guān)系理論的發(fā)展脈絡(luò)，總結(jié)馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家以及中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨幾代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人關(guān)于黨群關(guān)系理論的相關(guān)論述，回顧我國(guó)黨群關(guān)系的歷史實(shí)踐和改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)出現(xiàn)的“異化”危險(xiǎn)傾向得知，我國(guó)現(xiàn)今的黨群關(guān)系確實(shí)需要進(jìn)一步完善和鞏固。通過(guò)對(duì)思想、經(jīng)濟(jì)、制度等方面的分析，得出當(dāng)前我國(guó)黨群關(guān)系出現(xiàn)“異化”危險(xiǎn)傾向的原因；通過(guò)對(duì)“異化”危險(xiǎn)傾向原因的進(jìn)一步解析，提出相應(yīng)的破解之道即多管齊下，構(gòu)建和諧的黨群關(guān)系。 中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨作為執(zhí)政黨，要采取有力措施，回歸群眾路線，重視思想建設(shè)，創(chuàng)新社會(huì)管理，調(diào)整利益格局，加強(qiáng)權(quán)力監(jiān)督，推進(jìn)制度建設(shè)，不斷實(shí)現(xiàn)好、維護(hù)好、發(fā)展好人民群眾的利益，逐步走向共同富裕，是破解黨群關(guān)系“異化”危險(xiǎn)傾向和構(gòu)建和諧黨群關(guān)系的根本路徑。
[Abstract]:The CPC has attached great importance to the relationship between the Party and the masses since its establishment.In the new historical period of building a well-off society in an all-round way and speeding up the socialist modernization drive, with the deepening of the reform, group conflicts have frequently occurred in some areas, and the relationship between the Party and the masses has changed from intimacy to incompatibility.There is even the danger of alienation.As the ruling party, can the Communist Party be able to cope with the challenges to the relationship between the Party and the masses brought by the world situation and the changes in the Party's situation, to safeguard the harmonious relationship with the broad masses of the people, and to crack the danger of "alienation" of the relationship between the Party and the masses?Is our party in the new situation to expand the ruling foundation, consolidate the ruling position of the key issues.By combing the development of Marxist theory of party-mass relations, this paper summarizes the relevant expositions of Marxist classical writers and Chinese Communist Party leaders on the theory of party-mass relations.Reviewing the historical practice of the relationship between the Party and the masses and the dangerous tendency of "alienation" since the reform and opening up, we can see that the present relationship between the Party and the masses needs to be further improved and consolidated.Based on the analysis of ideology, economy, system and so on, the causes of the danger tendency of "alienation" in the relations between the Party and the masses in our country are obtained, and through the further analysis of the reasons for the danger tendency of "alienation", the corresponding solution is put forward, that is, multi-pronged approach.Build a harmonious relationship between the Party and the masses.As the ruling party, the Communist Party of China should take effective measures to return to the mass line, attach importance to ideological construction, innovate social management, adjust the pattern of interests, strengthen supervision of power, advance the construction of the system, continuously realize and maintain it.It is the fundamental way to solve the dangerous tendency of dissimilation of the relationship between the Party and the masses and to construct the harmonious relationship between the Party and the masses by developing the interests of the masses and gradually moving towards common prosperity.
