社會責任的代際傳承問題研究

【摘要】:自古以來,社會責任被人們視為事關(guān)個人生存和民族興旺發(fā)達的大問題。因此,歷史上的仁人志士、英雄豪杰,不僅對社會(國家、民族)責任有著明確的認識,有著強烈的責任感和使命感,而且勇于承擔自己應(yīng)擔負的社會責任。在某種意義上,歷史正是在社會責任的代際傳承中不斷延續(xù)的。因此社會責任的代際傳承是一個重要課題。以往國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對社會責任問題有較多研究,也提出了很多有獨立見解的觀點和看法,,但系統(tǒng)研究社會責任代際傳承問題的成果則很少。本文采用了文獻法、邏輯的和歷史相統(tǒng)一的方法、理論聯(lián)系實際的方法等,系統(tǒng)分析了社會責任與代際傳承的內(nèi)涵、社會責任代際傳承的理論依據(jù)與現(xiàn)實意義、社會責任代際傳承的現(xiàn)狀和存在問題,有針對性地提出了強化社會責任代際傳承的主要措施。 本文的引言部分從研究的背景及意義,國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀概述,研究的創(chuàng)新點和難點,研究思路和方法等方面對社會責任的代際傳承做了概述。 正文部分主要從以下四部分論述社會責任的代際傳承。第一部分對社會責任與代際傳承進行了界定。這部分內(nèi)容分為兩個層次,第一層次從社會責任的含義、特征、意義三方面對社會責任的內(nèi)涵進行了論述,通過借鑒已有的責任理論中的含義的描述,提出了本文研究的社會責任的內(nèi)涵,對社會責任進行了較為詳細的分類,論述了社會責任的特征和意義。第二個層次從代際傳承的含義、主體、機制三個方面對代際傳承的內(nèi)涵進行了論述,其中代際傳承的主體分為個人和組織兩類,個人又分為普通個人和特殊個人;組織包括家庭、學(xué)校、企業(yè)、社會。社會責任代際傳承的機制從家庭、學(xué)校和社會三個方面進行論述。 第二部分對社會責任代際傳承的理論依據(jù)與現(xiàn)實意義進行了論述。本部分論述了社會責任代際傳承的理論依據(jù):即社會進步理論、人的全面發(fā)展學(xué)說、和諧社會理論;闡述了社會責任代際傳承的現(xiàn)實意義即民族生存繁衍的基石、文化綿延創(chuàng)新的要求、社會和諧進步的支撐。 第三部分對當前社會責任代際傳承的現(xiàn)狀進行了闡述。本部分對社會責任代際傳承取得的成就、存在的問題及原因等三個方面進行了論述。取得的成就主要從社會方面和個人方面進行了論述,分別是希望工程、公益活動、慈善事業(yè);志愿者、獻血、捐款。社會責任代際傳承存在的主要問題是“代際斷裂”呈擴大趨勢,這個問題產(chǎn)生的主要原因是我國社會轉(zhuǎn)型的影響,社會轉(zhuǎn)型導(dǎo)致“代際斷裂”呈擴大的趨勢,具體表現(xiàn)為價值紊亂、心理失衡、以自我為中心等。 第四部分對強化社會責任代際傳承的主要措施做了詳細的闡述。本部分通過結(jié)合前面章節(jié)對當前社會責任代際傳承的理論依據(jù)、現(xiàn)實意義、現(xiàn)狀和原因的分析,提出了強化社會責任代際傳承的措施,對措施的論述從四個方面進行,分別是:加強各領(lǐng)域的責任教育,提升代際傳承意識;發(fā)揮核心價值觀的引領(lǐng)功能,提高責任傳承自覺性;運用官員的表率作用,身體力行責任傳承;堅持道德與法律相結(jié)合,懲罰責任傳承不力行為。 當前,我國正處于全面建設(shè)小康社會、積極構(gòu)建和諧社會以及社會轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵時期,社會責任的代際傳承雖然取得了一些成就,但是還存在許多令人不滿意的地方,尤其表現(xiàn)在作為傳承主體的青年人身上,還存在著許許多多值得關(guān)注和必須解決的問題。深入研究社會責任的代際傳承問題,挖掘其中存在問題的成因,提出有效的解決對策,對于提升當代人的社會責任感,明確自己應(yīng)當承擔的歷史責任和使命,對于構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會具有重大的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:Since ancient times, the social responsibility is regarded as a matter of personal survival and national prosperity of the big problem. Therefore, the history of outstanding figures, not only for men and women with high ideals, social responsibility (national, national) has a clear understanding, have a strong sense of responsibility and mission, and the courage to assume their social responsibility in a sense, history is the intergenerational transmission of social responsibility in the continuous succession. So the social responsibility is an important topic. Domestic and foreign scholars have more research on the social responsibility of the past, but also put forward many independent views and opinions, but it is little problem of intergenerational transmission of society the responsibility system results. This paper uses the method of literature, logic and history unified method, theory with practical methods, systematic analysis of the connotation of social responsibility and intergenerational inheritance, social responsibility The theoretical basis and practical significance of intergenerational transmission, the present situation and existing problems of intergenerational transmission of social responsibility, put forward the main measures to strengthen the generation of social responsibility inheritance.
The introduction of this paper summarizes the background and significance of the research, the research status at home and abroad, the innovation and difficulties of the research, the research ideas and methods, and so on.
The text from the main part of the intergenerational transmission of the following four parts. The first part of the social responsibility of the social responsibility and intergenerational inheritance are defined. The second part is the theoretical basis of social responsibility inheritance and the practical significance are discussed in this paper. It discusses the theoretical basis of social responsibility the intergenerational transmission of parts: the theory of social progress, man's all-round development theory, the theory of harmonious society; expounds the practical significance of the cornerstone of social responsibility inheritance namely national survival, culture for innovation requirements for the harmonious development of the society support.
The third part of the current status of social responsibility inheritance are discussed. This part of the social responsibility of the intergenerational transmission of the achievements of the three aspects of the problems and causes were discussed. The main achievements from the social and personal aspects, respectively is the project hope, charity, charity volunteer;, blood donation, donation. The main problems of social responsibility is the "intergenerational succession fracture" is expanding. The main reason for this problem is the impact of China's social transformation, resulting in "generational fracture" extending tendency of social transformation, the specific performance of the value of disorder, psychological imbalance, self centred.
The fourth part makes a detailed elaboration on the main measures of strengthening the social responsibility of intergenerational inheritance. This part through a combination of above theoretical basis, the social responsibility of the intergenerational transmission of practical significance, analysis of the current situation and reason, put forward to strengthen the social responsibility of the intergenerational inheritance measures of measures from four aspects, respectively. Is to strengthen the responsibility education in various fields, to enhance the intergenerational transmission of consciousness; play the leading function of the core values, improve the responsibility consciousness of the role of inheritance; officials, personal responsibility inheritance; adhere to the combination of ethics and law, punishment responsibility inheritance ineffective behavior.
At present, our country is in the comprehensive construction well-off society, constructing harmonious society and the critical period of social transformation, the intergenerational transmission of social responsibility has achieved some success, but there are still a lot of dissatisfaction, especially in young people as the main transmission body, there are many worthy of attention and must solve the problem. The problem of intergenerational inheritance in-depth study of social responsibility, the mining of the causes of the existing problems, puts forward effective countermeasures, for the promotion of modern people's sense of social responsibility, clear oneself should bear the historical responsibility and mission, for it is of great theoretical and practical significance of constructing the socialist harmonious society.
