【摘要】：文化產(chǎn)業(yè)是社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的重要組成部分，也是貫徹和落實科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的內(nèi)在要求。發(fā)展大同文化產(chǎn)業(yè)，不僅使大同的文化品質(zhì)得到提升，同時也促進(jìn)了大同地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)與文化的良性循環(huán)。 本文從大同地區(qū)的地理位置、資源條件、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r等方面入手，對其影視業(yè)、會展業(yè)、廣播電視業(yè)、旅游業(yè)等文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行一定程度的剖析，進(jìn)而發(fā)現(xiàn)在其文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的過程中，存在以下幾方面的問題，一是思想觀念落后，對文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的認(rèn)識程度不深；二是文化人才相對缺乏，人才結(jié)構(gòu)不夠合理；三是對資源的整合力度不夠，沒有屬于自己的文化品牌；四是資金投入短缺，投融資渠道單一；五是文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的結(jié)構(gòu)不夠合理，且地區(qū)之間發(fā)展不平衡；六是文化管理體制不活，使得文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展相對滯后。因此，大同文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展應(yīng)該以旅游業(yè)為重點(diǎn)，穩(wěn)步發(fā)展影視業(yè)、大力發(fā)展會展業(yè)、積極發(fā)展廣播電視業(yè)，從而促進(jìn)大同地區(qū)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的全面發(fā)展，要轉(zhuǎn)變思想觀念，樹立新型文化產(chǎn)業(yè)觀；要堅持以人為本，實施人才發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略；要加強(qiáng)對資源的整合力度，打造屬于自己的文化品牌；同時要以政府為主、民營企業(yè)為輔，進(jìn)一步拓寬投融資渠道；要進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化文化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，促進(jìn)大同地區(qū)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。進(jìn)而使大同文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展進(jìn)入一個新的歷史階段。
[Abstract]:Cultural industry is an important part of socialist modernization construction, and is also the inherent requirement of carrying out and implementing the scientific development view. The development of Datong cultural industry not only promotes the cultural quality of Datong, At the same time, it also promotes the virtuous circle of economy and culture in Datong area. Starting with the geographical location, resource conditions and economic development of Datong region, this paper analyzes to a certain extent the development of the cultural industries such as the film and television industry, the convention and exhibition industry, the broadcasting and television industry, the tourism industry, and so on. Then it is found that in the process of its cultural industry development, the following problems exist: first, the ideology is backward, the understanding of the cultural industry development is not deep, the second is the relative lack of cultural talents, the talent structure is not reasonable; Third, the integration of resources is not enough, there is no own cultural brand; four is the shortage of capital investment, the channel of investment and financing is single; the fifth is the structure of cultural industry is not reasonable, and the development between regions is not balanced; Sixth, the inactivity of the cultural management system makes the development of the cultural industry relatively lagging behind. Therefore, the development of the cultural industry in Datong should focus on tourism, steadily develop the film and television industry, vigorously develop the convention and exhibition industry, and actively develop the broadcasting and television industry. In order to promote the overall development of the cultural industry in Datong region, we should change our ideas and establish a new cultural industry concept, adhere to the people-oriented, implement the strategy of talent development, strengthen the integration of resources, and create our own cultural brand. At the same time, it is necessary to further broaden the channels of investment and financing with the government as the main body and private enterprises as the supplement, and to further optimize the cultural industrial structure. To promote the harmonious development of the cultural industry in Datong area, and to make the development of the cultural industry of Datong into a new historical stage.
