【摘要】：人民群眾是歷史的創(chuàng)造者是馬克思主義的基本觀點(diǎn)。我國(guó)社會(huì)主義制度建立以后,人民群眾不僅成為經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的主體,也逐漸成為文化建設(shè)和文化消費(fèi)的主體。隨著社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和政治體系的完善,人民群眾的文化主體地位逐漸得以提升。然而,改革開(kāi)放的深化和文化環(huán)境的寬松,使社會(huì)中出現(xiàn)了不少影響人民群眾主體地位,包括文化主體地位的負(fù)面因素�；诖�,黨的十七屆六中全會(huì)著重強(qiáng)調(diào)文化建設(shè)的重要性和人民群眾的文化主體地位。 本文之選題也正是基于這樣的大背景。本文研究分析了當(dāng)前我國(guó)文化建設(shè)中人民群眾文化主體地位所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)與困境及其原因,并探討了如何加強(qiáng)和鞏固人民群眾的文化主體地位。本文框架及主要內(nèi)容如下： 一、介紹研究背景、研究意義和研究方法,并對(duì)人民群眾文化主體地位的相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了概括和梳理。 二、介紹人民群眾文化主體地位的相關(guān)理論依據(jù)。 三、介紹人民群眾文化地位的變遷,并確證社會(huì)主義條件下其文化主體地位的實(shí)現(xiàn)。分析了社會(huì)主義條件下人民群眾文化主體地位的實(shí)現(xiàn)條件。 四、具體分析當(dāng)前人民群眾文化主體地位所面臨的困境�，F(xiàn)階段,人民群眾文化主體地位面臨著文化產(chǎn)品供給不足、人民群眾文化消費(fèi)能力有限、人民群眾缺乏文化自主意識(shí)等問(wèn)題。 五、對(duì)上述問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行了分析,認(rèn)為當(dāng)前生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展水平相對(duì)低下、體制機(jī)制不健全、國(guó)民素質(zhì)水平較低、文化領(lǐng)域公共服務(wù)體系缺乏等因素是產(chǎn)生上述問(wèn)題的主要原因。 六、基于以上分析,指出如何加強(qiáng)和鞏固人民群眾文化主體地位。
[Abstract]:The masses of the people are the creators of history and the basic viewpoint of Marxism. After the establishment of the socialist system in China, the masses of the people have not only become the main body of economic construction. With the development of the socialist market economy and the improvement of the political system, the cultural subject status of the people has been gradually improved. With the deepening of reform and opening up and the loosening of the cultural environment, there are many negative factors that affect the people's subject status, including the cultural subject status. The sixth Plenary session of the 17 CPC Central Committee emphasized the importance of cultural construction and the cultural subject status of the people. This article is based on this background. This paper studies and analyzes the current cultural construction of the people in China's cultural status of the main status of the challenges and difficulties and the reasons. It also discusses how to strengthen and consolidate the cultural subject status of the people. The framework and main contents of this paper are as follows: First, it introduces the research background, research significance and research methods, and summarizes and combs the related research status of the people's cultural subject status. Second, introduce the relevant theoretical basis of the people's cultural subject status. Thirdly, it introduces the changes of the people's cultural status, and confirms the realization of the cultural subject's status under the socialist conditions, and analyzes the conditions for the realization of the people's cultural subject's status under the socialist conditions. Fourth, the concrete analysis of the current situation of the people's cultural subject status. At this stage, the people's cultural subject status is facing insufficient supply of cultural products, the people's cultural consumption capacity is limited. The people lack the cultural independence consciousness and so on question. Fifthly, the causes of the above problems are analyzed, and it is concluded that the current level of productivity development is relatively low, the system and mechanism are not perfect, and the level of national quality is relatively low. The lack of public service system in cultural field is the main reason for the above problems. Sixth, based on the above analysis, points out how to strengthen and consolidate the people's cultural subject status.
