【摘要】：建國以后毛澤東結(jié)合我國具體的國情，在繼承和發(fā)展馬克思、恩格斯和列寧等經(jīng)典作家關(guān)于社會福利的學說，同時吸收重民思想、民本思想等傳統(tǒng)文化精髓的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了適合中國農(nóng)村的社會福利思想。這一思想的主要內(nèi)容是：積極擴大農(nóng)村就業(yè)，保障農(nóng)民的基本生活；大力發(fā)展農(nóng)村教育，提高農(nóng)民的整體素質(zhì)；加強醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生建設(shè)，確保農(nóng)民的身心健康；建立五保養(yǎng)老制度，使農(nóng)民老有所養(yǎng)。建國以后毛澤東農(nóng)村社會福利思想取得了重大的理論績效和實踐績效，，并呈現(xiàn)出公平性和廣泛性的特點。這一思想對新農(nóng)村建設(shè)有重要的啟示，主要表現(xiàn)為：要高度認識農(nóng)民問題的重要性，著重解決農(nóng)民的利益問題；健全農(nóng)村社會福利機制，創(chuàng)新農(nóng)村社會福利發(fā)展模式；實現(xiàn)農(nóng)村社會福利的公平共享；在適應(yīng)社會生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展水平的前提下，不斷推進農(nóng)村社會福利事業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:After the founding of the people's Republic of China, Mao Zedong inherited and developed the theories of Marx, Engels and Lenin on social welfare, and absorbed the thought of attaching importance to the people. On the basis of the essence of traditional culture, such as people-oriented thought, this paper puts forward the social welfare thought suitable for Chinese rural areas. The main contents of this thought are: actively expanding rural employment and ensuring the peasants' basic life; Vigorously develop rural education, improve the overall quality of farmers; Strengthen the medical and health construction to ensure the physical and mental health of farmers; After the founding of the people's Republic of China Mao Zedong's thought of rural social welfare has made great achievements in theory and practice. This thought has important enlightenment to the construction of new countryside, which mainly shows as follows: we should highly understand the importance of farmers' problems, and focus on solving the problems of farmers' interests; Perfecting rural social welfare mechanism and innovating the development mode of rural social welfare; To realize the fair sharing of rural social welfare; Under the premise of adapting to the development level of social productive forces, we should continuously promote the development of rural social welfare.
