【摘要】：維持社會(huì)系統(tǒng)相對(duì)穩(wěn)定的近平衡態(tài)是通過有效管理而達(dá)到的。當(dāng)且僅當(dāng)對(duì)社會(huì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行自覺的管理時(shí),語言才不只是社會(huì)交際的工具,還是社會(huì)管理的對(duì)象。社會(huì)管理中的語言管理,是對(duì)處于雜多變化狀態(tài)的言語的管理,起初只是為了使人們的日常對(duì)話獲得一定的效率與效果。當(dāng)言語管理發(fā)展到專門為了使人們的認(rèn)知對(duì)話獲得一定的效率與效果時(shí),邏輯便應(yīng)運(yùn)而生了。所謂邏輯,就是對(duì)雜多而變化的知識(shí)信息進(jìn)行規(guī)范性管理所采用的普遍標(biāo)準(zhǔn);所謂邏輯學(xué),就是研究知識(shí)信息規(guī)范性管理中的普遍標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的學(xué)問。在知識(shí)管理中,邏輯的功能在于促成特殊知識(shí)與普遍知識(shí)的相互轉(zhuǎn)化。而當(dāng)把知識(shí)管理本質(zhì)地理解為思維管理時(shí),邏輯更獲得了思維管理工具的意義,其功能乃在于促進(jìn)群體思維效率的提高。
[Abstract]:The near equilibrium of maintaining the relative stability of the social system is achieved through effective management. If and only if the social system is managed consciously, language is not just a tool for social communication. Or the object of social management. Language management in social management is the management of speech in a state of variety. At first, it was only to achieve a certain efficiency and effect of people's daily conversation. When speech management was developed to make people's cognitive dialogue achieve a certain efficiency and effect, logic came into being. Logic is the study of the general standard in the normative management of knowledge information. In knowledge management, logic is the study of the general standards in the normative management of knowledge information. The function of logic is to promote the mutual transformation of special knowledge and universal knowledge, and when knowledge management is understood as thinking management essentially, logic acquires the meaning of thinking management tool, and its function is to promote the improvement of group thinking efficiency.
