重返亞里士多德的論證優(yōu)度理論

【摘要】:論證是人類理性交流的基本手段,而論證優(yōu)度是評(píng)價(jià)論證好壞與衡量交往理性的根本標(biāo)尺。亞里士多德提出了三重標(biāo)準(zhǔn),即分析、論辯和修辭標(biāo)準(zhǔn),這表明亞氏論證優(yōu)度理論有著很強(qiáng)的作為交往理性工具的社會(huì)實(shí)踐功能。但在亞氏之后,由于三重標(biāo)準(zhǔn)逐漸分野成為三條相對(duì)獨(dú)立的邏輯、論辯與修辭標(biāo)準(zhǔn),故論證優(yōu)度理論也逐漸喪失了其社會(huì)實(shí)踐功能。值得慶幸的是,自20世紀(jì)中葉以來(lái),非形式邏輯、非單調(diào)邏輯、論證理論等相繼興起,使得論證理論家開(kāi)始重新關(guān)注亞氏三重標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。故此,我們將基于邏輯、論辯與修辭標(biāo)準(zhǔn)重構(gòu)一個(gè)新三重論證優(yōu)度評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系,我們稱之為"邏論修標(biāo)準(zhǔn)"。
[Abstract]:Argumentation is the basic means of human rational communication, and the degree of argumentation is the basic yardstick of evaluating good and bad argumentation and measuring communicative rationality. Aristotle put forward three standards, namely, analysis, argumentation and rhetoric. This indicates that the theory of superior degree of argumentation has a strong social and practical function as a tool of communicative rationality. However, after Aristotle, the triple standards gradually become three relatively independent logic, argumentation and rhetoric standards. Therefore, the theory of argument excellence has gradually lost its social practice function. Fortunately, since the middle of 20th century, non-formal logic, non-monotone logic and argumentation theory have arisen one after another. As a result, argumentation theorists begin to pay more attention to the triple standard of Aristotle. Therefore, we will reconstruct a new evaluation standard system of superiority of triple argument based on logic, argumentation and rhetoric standard, which we call "the revision standard of logic theory".
