【摘要】：作為展開于主體間以消除爭議、謀求共識為目的的言語交往行為,辯論或論辯在近年來逐漸進(jìn)入了邏輯學(xué)的研究領(lǐng)域。本文立足當(dāng)前的辯論實踐與相關(guān)研究成果,從非形式邏輯的角度對辯論的實質(zhì)、結(jié)構(gòu)與規(guī)則作了初步的分析,既考察了辯論與論證的關(guān)系、辯論的形式及其理想化模式,又分析了辯論的靜態(tài)構(gòu)成與動態(tài)展開,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了以真誠、禮貌、可理解和問答對等為主要內(nèi)容的辯論規(guī)則。
[Abstract]:As an act of verbal communication, which aims at eliminating disputes and seeking consensus among subjects, debate or debate has gradually entered the field of logic research in recent years. This paper bases itself on the current practice of debate and related research results. This paper makes a preliminary analysis of the essence, structure and rules of debate from the angle of non-formal logic. It not only examines the relationship between debate and argument, the form of debate and its idealized mode, but also analyzes the static composition and dynamic development of the debate. On this basis, the rules of debate with sincerity, politeness, comprehensibility and question-answer equivalence are put forward.
