【摘要】："清理戰(zhàn)時(shí)文物損失委員會(huì)"是國(guó)民政府為了調(diào)查戰(zhàn)時(shí)中國(guó)文物損失而設(shè),這為日后從日本接收戰(zhàn)時(shí)被劫奪文物提供了依據(jù)。由于戰(zhàn)后復(fù)員等因素,委員會(huì)人員一直未能到位,會(huì)務(wù)工作也未能有效開(kāi)展。為了順利推進(jìn)該會(huì)的各項(xiàng)工作,在教育部長(zhǎng)朱家驊多次敦請(qǐng)下,陳訓(xùn)慈克服各種困難出任該會(huì)副主任委員。因?yàn)橹魅挝瘑T杭立武在南京,難以長(zhǎng)期主持工作,所以會(huì)務(wù)運(yùn)作和人員安排等方面工作都是由陳訓(xùn)慈籌劃。雖然陳訓(xùn)慈深感會(huì)務(wù)工作"推進(jìn)不易",但他還是竭盡所能,到會(huì)之初就擬定了工作計(jì)劃,在人事和經(jīng)費(fèi)等各項(xiàng)上擔(dān)起了實(shí)際上的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)責(zé)任。在各區(qū)工作人員的努力下,文物損失調(diào)查工作大致完成,但由于美國(guó)的偏袒,在日本的被劫文物接收工作并不順利,而"清理戰(zhàn)時(shí)文物損失委員會(huì)"也在1947年4月結(jié)束了它的歷史使命。
[Abstract]:The "Committee for cleaning up wartime Cultural relics" was set up by the National Government in order to investigate the loss of wartime Chinese cultural relics, which provides a basis for receiving wartime looted cultural relics from Japan in the future. Due to the post-war demobilization and other factors, the Commission has not been in place, the conference work has not been effective. In order to smoothly advance the work of the Association, under the repeated urges of Education Minister Zhu Jiahua, Chen Xunci overcame all kinds of difficulties to serve as Vice-Chairman of the Association. As Chairman HangLiwu is in Nanjing, it is difficult to preside over the work for a long time, so the work of meeting operation and personnel arrangement is planned by Chen Xunci. Although Chen felt that meeting work was "hard to move forward", he did his best to draw up a work plan at the beginning of the meeting, taking on practical leadership responsibilities in terms of personnel and funding. With the efforts of the staff of the various districts, the investigation of the loss of cultural relics was largely completed, but due to the favouritism of the United States, the work of receiving looted cultural relics in Japan did not go smoothly. The Commission for cleaning up War Antiquities also ended its historic mission in April 1947.
