【摘要】：無酸紙是重要的館藏文物保護(hù)載體。為滿足文物保護(hù)的需要,綜合分析了國內(nèi)外8種用于檔案和文物包裝的無酸紙成分及性能,并在此基礎(chǔ)上研發(fā)自制文物包裝無酸紙。結(jié)果表明,由于文物的特殊性,目前我國無酸檔案卷皮卷盒用紙及紙板不能滿足文物保護(hù)的需要。棉麻材料組成的手工紙材料符合文物保護(hù)的需求。自制文物包裝用無酸紙的p H值、金屬離子含量、卡伯值及物理性能等達(dá)到文物保護(hù)包裝無酸紙的要求,通過了文物保護(hù)用材料的安全性評價,具有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Acidless paper is an important carrier for preservation of cultural relics. In order to meet the needs of cultural relic protection, the composition and properties of 8 kinds of acidless paper used in archives and cultural relic packaging at home and abroad were comprehensively analyzed, and on this basis, self-made acidless paper for cultural relic packaging was developed. The results show that, due to the particularity of cultural relics, the paper and paperboard used in acid-free files can not meet the needs of cultural relic protection. The handmade paper material made up of cotton and hemp materials accords with the need of cultural relic protection. The pH value, metal ion content, kappa number and physical properties of acidless paper for cultural relic packaging made by ourselves meet the requirements of acidless paper for cultural relic protection packaging.
