【摘要】：民國建筑是南京城市文化特色的重要組成部分，鼓樓區(qū)頤和路民國公館區(qū)又是南京民國建筑中保存較為完整的歷史街區(qū)，作為民國歷史文化體現的建筑群，在保護與開發(fā)過程中要嚴格遵守《文物保護法》的相關規(guī)定。本文在對頤和路民國公館區(qū)實地調研的基礎之上，對其形成原因、原貌與現狀進行分析，從《文物保護法》出發(fā)，規(guī)劃具體的保護方案，，并提出相應的保護措施。借鑒其它歷史街區(qū)的成功保護經驗，對頤和路民國公館區(qū)改造過程中存在的不足之處進行分析，以文物建筑與歷史街區(qū)為切入點，將保護與開發(fā)有機協調起來，提出合理的保護與開發(fā)對策，為打造出具有南京特色的民國品牌文化出謀劃策。
[Abstract]:The architecture of the Republic of China is an important part of the cultural characteristics of Nanjing, and the district of Yihe Road and the Republic of China Gulou is also a relatively complete historical block in the architecture of the Republic of Nanjing, which is the architectural complex embodied in the history and culture of the Republic of China. In the process of protection and development, we must strictly abide by the relevant provisions of the Law on the Protection of Cultural relics. Based on the investigation and investigation of the area of the residence of the Republic of China on Yihe Road, this paper analyzes the reasons for its formation, the original appearance and the present situation, plans the concrete protection scheme and puts forward the corresponding protection measures from the perspective of the Law of the Protection of Cultural relics. Based on the successful protection experience of other historical blocks, the paper analyzes the shortcomings in the process of rebuilding the residence area of Yi-he Road and Republic of China, taking the cultural relic building and the historical district as the starting point, and organically coordinating the protection and development. Reasonable protection and development countermeasures are put forward in order to create brand culture with Nanjing characteristics.
