【摘要】：鄉(xiāng)土建筑遺產(chǎn)是當(dāng)前及今后文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的新興課題,與文物保護(hù)不同,其對(duì)象與現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)尤其是農(nóng)村地區(qū)的社會(huì)發(fā)展密切相關(guān),固有的文物保護(hù)模式不再適應(yīng)現(xiàn)實(shí)的保護(hù)需要。 鑒于此,本課題從鄉(xiāng)土建筑遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)概念演進(jìn)角度出發(fā),分析了鄉(xiāng)土建筑與鄉(xiāng)土建筑遺產(chǎn)內(nèi)涵的不同,區(qū)分經(jīng)驗(yàn)建筑與理性遺產(chǎn)的差異；結(jié)合歷史文獻(xiàn)所反映我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)基層治理演變情況,對(duì)照當(dāng)前社會(huì)條件下基層治理與文物保護(hù)單位模式現(xiàn)狀,廓清鄉(xiāng)土建筑遺產(chǎn)所承載的歷史傳統(tǒng)及保護(hù)工作所面臨的現(xiàn)實(shí)制度難題。 案例選擇上,課題聚焦于安徽查濟(jì)古建筑群保護(hù)實(shí)踐：首先從鄉(xiāng)土地理角度分析了其建筑對(duì)象所承載的文化傳統(tǒng),肯定了其作為鄉(xiāng)土傳統(tǒng)文化物質(zhì)載體的遺產(chǎn)價(jià)值；其次,實(shí)地調(diào)研了查濟(jì)古建筑群保護(hù)協(xié)會(huì)從發(fā)揮主導(dǎo)作用到被邊緣化的大致過(guò)程,對(duì)比其與當(dāng)前政府主導(dǎo)文物保護(hù)模式之間的矛盾與問(wèn)題,揭示出傳統(tǒng)與當(dāng)前農(nóng)村治理模式均不再適應(yīng)作為公共事務(wù)的鄉(xiāng)土建筑遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)要求。 橫向?qū)Ρ龋夯仡檱?guó)外工業(yè)化、城市化程度較高國(guó)家在相似領(lǐng)域內(nèi)走過(guò)的道路,總結(jié)其成熟的經(jīng)驗(yàn),明確基層文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)必須根植基層、依靠基層、服務(wù)基層歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 從鄉(xiāng)土建筑遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)合理性出發(fā),依靠鄉(xiāng)土社區(qū)、發(fā)揮其主體作用的自治保護(hù)是達(dá)成鄉(xiāng)土建筑遺產(chǎn)服務(wù)基層社會(huì)有序轉(zhuǎn)型、可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標(biāo)的有效途徑之一。通過(guò)自治保護(hù),既可以達(dá)成專業(yè)研究與基層社會(huì)之間的合作關(guān)系,又益于協(xié)調(diào)公共管理部門與基層社區(qū)之間的現(xiàn)實(shí)矛盾；更重要的是：鄉(xiāng)土建筑遺產(chǎn)自治保護(hù),既是對(duì)基層社區(qū)文化權(quán)益的尊重與支持,也是培育鄉(xiāng)村基層社會(huì)自我管理、自我服務(wù)理念與能力的實(shí)踐平臺(tái)。
[Abstract]:Vernacular architectural heritage is a new topic in the field of cultural heritage protection at present and in the future. Different from the protection of cultural relics, its object is closely related to the social development of real society, especially in rural areas. The inherent cultural relic protection mode no longer meets the actual protection needs. In view of this, from the perspective of the evolution of the concept of local architectural heritage protection, this paper analyzes the difference of the connotation of the local architecture and the local architectural heritage, and distinguishes the difference between the experiential architecture and the rational heritage. Combined with the evolution of grass-roots governance in Chinese traditional society as reflected in historical documents, and in contrast to the current situation of grass-roots governance and cultural relic conservation units under current social conditions, This paper clarifies the historical tradition and the practical system problems faced by the protection of the local architectural heritage. In the case selection, the topic focuses on the protection practice of the ancient buildings in Chaji, Anhui. Firstly, it analyzes the cultural tradition carried by its architectural objects from the perspective of local geography, and affirms its heritage value as the material carrier of the local traditional culture. The paper investigates the process of Chaji ancient architectural complex conservation association from playing a leading role to being marginalized, and compares the contradictions and problems between the society and the current government-led cultural relic conservation model. It is revealed that the traditional and current rural governance models are no longer suitable for the protection of local architectural heritage as public affairs. Horizontal contrast: review the road that the countries with high degree of industrialization and urbanization have taken in similar fields, sum up their mature experience, and make it clear that the protection of cultural heritage at the grass-roots level must be rooted in, rely on, and serve the historical experience of the grass-roots level. Starting from the rationality of local architectural heritage protection, depending on the local community and giving play to its main role, autonomous protection is one of the effective ways to achieve the social transformation and sustainable development goal of local architectural heritage service. It is not only possible to achieve a cooperative relationship between professional research and grass-roots society, but also to coordinate the realistic contradiction between public administration departments and grass-roots communities. It is not only the respect and support for the cultural rights and interests of the grass-roots community, but also the practical platform for cultivating the self-management, self-service concept and ability of the rural grass-roots society.
