【摘要】：了解和研究西藏體育文化的發(fā)展史,無(wú)疑是弘揚(yáng)中華民族悠久燦爛文化不可缺少的組成部分,同時(shí)對(duì)提高現(xiàn)代和未來(lái)的西藏體育水平也有一定的參考價(jià)值。西藏寺院中的壁畫(huà),不僅具有高的藝術(shù)價(jià)值,而且還有較高的文化價(jià)值,在西藏寺院的壁畫(huà)中有表現(xiàn)佛教傳說(shuō)、佛本生故事的佛傳畫(huà)面、有表現(xiàn)西方極樂(lè)世界的佛教建筑以及弘揚(yáng)佛法、祭祀崇拜的宗教活動(dòng)等畫(huà)面,這些與佛國(guó)景象有關(guān)的畫(huà)面占據(jù)了西藏寺院壁畫(huà)中較大的篇幅。但也有表現(xiàn)歷史故事、記載歷史事實(shí)的畫(huà)面;有表現(xiàn)婚喪嫁娶、節(jié)日慶典、體育活動(dòng)的世俗風(fēng)景畫(huà)。這些博大遼闊的畫(huà)面反映著藏族先民生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)的具體場(chǎng)景。在有的畫(huà)面中描繪著千百年來(lái),古代藏族先民狩獵、競(jìng)技、養(yǎng)生、習(xí)武、角力、娛樂(lè)等生動(dòng)的圖像。這些圖像類(lèi)似于今天仍在藏區(qū)流行的體育活動(dòng),如射箭、摔跤、體操、倒立、舉重、弈棋、舞蹈、武術(shù)、游泳等活動(dòng)形態(tài)。從史學(xué)的角度考慮,這些千姿百態(tài)、栩栩如生的畫(huà)面與現(xiàn)代西藏體育運(yùn)動(dòng)有著源與流的傳承關(guān)系,因此這些壁畫(huà)便為我們進(jìn)一步了解和研究西藏古代體育提供了直觀的、形象的實(shí)物資料。 在本文中,就西藏寺院中有關(guān)體育內(nèi)容的壁畫(huà),按照西藏古代體育活動(dòng)的發(fā)展軌跡,從以下五個(gè)部分來(lái)對(duì)遺存在西藏寺院壁畫(huà)中的有關(guān)體育題材的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行解讀: 第一章,主要概述本文的選題意義和國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀,研究?jī)?nèi)容及研究方法。第二章,首先概述西藏的基本情況,包括西藏的地域、民族和宗教信仰。其次介紹西藏寺院的基本情況,主要是藏傳佛教的派別和一些與本課題有關(guān)的寺院。再次是對(duì)寺院中的壁畫(huà)做概括的介紹,包括壁畫(huà)的分布和壁畫(huà)的內(nèi)容。第三章,對(duì)壁畫(huà)中具有體育形態(tài)的內(nèi)容,進(jìn)行分析整理,并對(duì)其做了初步的探討。第四章,通過(guò)對(duì)壁畫(huà)中這些具有體育題材壁畫(huà)的分析,探尋西藏古代體育的特征和價(jià)值。第五章得出本文的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:The history of the development of the understanding and study of sports culture in Tibet, is undoubtedly part of Chinese splendid culture indispensable, but also has some reference value to improve the present and future of Tibet sports level. Tibet temple murals, not only has the high artistic value and higher cultural value, a Buddhist legend in the Tibet temple murals in the Buddhist jataka stories of Buddhism Buddhist architecture with the Western picture, Elysian Fields and Buddhism, worship of religious activities and bulguksa scene picture, these related picture occupies a larger space in the Tibet temple murals. But there are also performance history story, recorded the historical facts the picture shows; weddings, festivals, sports activities of the secular landscapes. These broad vast picture reflects the Tibetan ancestors production activities of the specific scene. Some picture painted for thousands of years, the ancient Tibetan ancestors hunting, sports, health, wrestling, martial arts, entertainment and other vivid images. These images are similar to today still in Tibetan popular sports activities, such as archery, wrestling, gymnastics, weightlifting, handstand, chess, dance, martial arts, swimming and other activities considered form. These, in different poses and with different expressions from the perspective of history, the picture is true to life and the inheritance relationship between the source and flow of modern sports in Tibet, so these murals for our further understanding and study of Tibet ancient sports provides intuitive, vivid materials.
In this paper, according to the murals of sports in Tibet temple, according to the development track of ancient sports in Tibet, the following five parts are used to interpret the contents of sports subjects in Tibet frescoes.
The first chapter, the main topic of this paper outlines the significance and research status at home and abroad, research contents and research methods. The second chapter first outline the basic situation of Tibet, including Tibet's regional, ethnic and religious beliefs. Secondly, introduces the basic situation of Tibet temple, mainly Tibetan Buddhist sects and some of the issues related to the temple again. Do general introduction of the temple murals, including murals distribution and murals of content. The third chapter of sports form in the mural contents, analyze, and do the preliminary discussion. In the fourth chapter, through the analysis of these murals with sports theme murals, explore the characteristics of and the value of Tibet ancient sports. In the fifth chapter, the conclusions drawn in this paper.
