【摘要】：治國理政的理論創(chuàng)新是緊密根植于"中國實踐"基礎(chǔ)上"中國理論"的邏輯表達(dá),是密切圍繞堅持和發(fā)展中國特色社會主義這根主線進(jìn)行的理論思索。黨的十八大以來,黨的理論創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展當(dāng)代中國馬克思主義理論步入新境界,形成了習(xí)近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想的理論。一是堅定中國共產(chǎn)黨的"初心論"構(gòu)成了治國理政實踐的精神支柱。堅持馬克思主義與結(jié)合時代特點(diǎn)發(fā)展馬克思主義實現(xiàn)有機(jī)統(tǒng)一,堅守共產(chǎn)主義遠(yuǎn)大理想與中國特色社會主義共同理想辯證協(xié)調(diào),并且從馬克思主義的命運(yùn)與中國社會歷史出發(fā)理解"初心"的價值與意義;二是堅持"人民主體論"構(gòu)成了治國理政實踐的價值旨?xì)w。"人民主體論"構(gòu)成了馬克思主義群眾史觀的當(dāng)代形式,是中國共產(chǎn)黨的本質(zhì)屬性,需要堅持以人民為中心的發(fā)展思想,并且輔之以完整的制度保障;三是建構(gòu)"科學(xué)布局論"成為治國理政的頂層設(shè)計。治國理政實踐理論創(chuàng)新不僅深化了關(guān)于社會主義建設(shè)普遍規(guī)律的認(rèn)識,而且深化了后發(fā)國家探索符合自身實際的現(xiàn)代化規(guī)律的認(rèn)識與把握。
[Abstract]:The theoretical innovation of governing the country is the logical expression of the "Chinese theory", which is closely rooted in the "Chinese practice". It is also a theoretical reflection on the main line of adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), the Party's theoretical innovation and development of contemporary Chinese Marxist theory has entered a new realm, forming the theory of Xi Jinping's socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era. First, strengthening the "initial mind theory" of the Communist Party of China constitutes the spiritual pillar of the practice of governing the country. Adhere to Marxism and combine the characteristics of the times to realize the organic unity of Marxism, adhere to the dialectical coordination between the lofty ideal of communism and the common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and understand the value and significance of the "initial heart" from the fate of Marxism and the history of Chinese society; second, adhere to the "people's subject theory" constitutes the value purport of the practice of governing the country. " The theory of people's subject constitutes the contemporary form of Marxist view of mass history and is the essential attribute of the Communist Party of China, which needs to adhere to the people-centered development thought, supplemented by a complete institutional guarantee; third, the construction of "scientific layout theory" has become the top-level design of governing the country. The theoretical innovation of governing the country not only deepens the understanding of the general law of socialist construction, but also deepens the understanding and grasp of the law of modernization in accordance with the reality of the latecomer country.
