【摘要】：文化是民族進步的階梯，是人民智慧的結晶。我國的文化軟實力隨著經(jīng)濟社會的發(fā)展和科學技術的進步顯著增強，，在社會主義核心價值觀的指導下，黨中央對加強文化改革和推動文化發(fā)展做出明確指示，文化建設要貼近群眾生活實際，堅持為人民服務，體現(xiàn)本民族的文化特色和創(chuàng)造力。當前中國正處于轉型發(fā)展的重要機遇期，城市社區(qū)的管理和建設面臨著深刻的變革，公民的精神和心理世界也發(fā)生著巨大的改變，社區(qū)成為人們生活學習、娛樂休閑的新型場所，社區(qū)文化是社區(qū)的靈魂，集中反映了一定地域范圍內(nèi)居民的思想觀念、風俗習慣、行為方式、精神面貌等，因此，社區(qū)文化建設在城市發(fā)展過程中受到社會的普遍重視和廣泛關注。 本文以太原市社區(qū)文化建設為調(diào)查研究對象，在總結我國社區(qū)文化建設的理論和實踐成果的基礎上，分析和反思目前存在的問題及原因，試圖從困境和不足中提出合理可行的改善對策。本文共分為五個部分:第一部分為緒論，主要介紹本文的研究背景和研究意義，對國內(nèi)外有關研究進行闡述，進一步論述了本文的研究內(nèi)容、研究方法以及創(chuàng)新之處。第二部分是對社區(qū)、文化、社區(qū)文化等相關概念進行解釋，指出社區(qū)文化建設的內(nèi)容，并介紹馬克思主義文化觀、社會主義核心價值觀等相關理論，以便人們對社區(qū)文化建設有更清晰、全面的認識。第三部分對太原市社區(qū)文化建設發(fā)展概況和存在問題進行分析和總結，經(jīng)過實際調(diào)查和訪談發(fā)現(xiàn)，目前在基礎設施、資源共享、居民參與積極性等方面仍然面臨很多問題和困難。第四部分根據(jù)調(diào)查研究發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題，進一步分析其產(chǎn)生的原因，主要受政府有關部門重視度不高、相關法律制度建設滯后、人、財、物投入不足等因素制約，為下文提出合理的對策和建議奠定基礎。第五部分針對太原市社區(qū)文化建設存在的問題提出相對應的改善措施，要從思想上高度重視，加大物質(zhì)和人才方面的投入，希望社區(qū)文化建設在實踐中不斷發(fā)展和創(chuàng)新，真正發(fā)揮其功效，滿足人民的精神文化需求。
[Abstract]:Culture is the ladder of national progress and the crystallization of the wisdom of the people. With the development of economy and society and the progress of science and technology, the cultural soft power of our country has been significantly strengthened. Under the guidance of socialist core values, the CPC Central Committee has made clear instructions for strengthening cultural reform and promoting cultural development. Cultural construction should be close to the reality of the masses, persist in serving the people, and reflect the cultural characteristics and creativity of the nation. At present, China is in an important period of opportunity for transformation and development, the management and construction of urban communities are facing profound changes, and great changes have taken place in the spiritual and psychological world of citizens. The community has become a new place for people to live and learn, entertain and relax, and community culture is the soul of the community, which reflects the ideas, customs, behavior patterns, spiritual outlook and so on of the residents in a certain area. The construction of community culture has been paid more and more attention by the society in the process of urban development. Taking the construction of community culture in Taiyuan City as the object of investigation and research, on the basis of summing up the theoretical and practical results of community culture construction in our country, this paper analyzes and reflects on the existing problems and causes, and tries to put forward reasonable and feasible countermeasures from the predicament and deficiency. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, which mainly introduces the research background and significance of this paper, expounds the relevant research at home and abroad, and further discusses the research content, research methods and innovations of this paper. The second part explains the related concepts of community, culture, community culture and so on, points out the content of community culture construction, and introduces Marxist cultural view, socialist core values and other related theories, so that people can have a clearer and comprehensive understanding of community culture construction. The third part analyzes and summarizes the general situation and existing problems of community cultural construction in Taiyuan City. Through actual investigation and interview, it is found that there are still many problems and difficulties in infrastructure, resource sharing, residents' enthusiasm and so on. The fourth part, according to the problems found in the investigation and research, further analyzes the causes, which is mainly restricted by the low attention of the relevant government departments, the lag of the construction of the relevant legal system, the lack of human, financial, material investment and other factors, which lays the foundation for the following reasonable countermeasures and suggestions. The fifth part puts forward the corresponding improvement measures in view of the problems existing in the construction of community culture in Taiyuan City, we should attach great importance to it ideologically, increase the investment in material and talent, and hope that the construction of community culture will continue to develop and innovate in practice, give full play to its effect and meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the people.
