【摘要】：以國家治理視野下公民網(wǎng)絡(luò)參政為研究對象,分析當(dāng)前我國公民網(wǎng)絡(luò)參政的輻射力及其問題。研究表明,網(wǎng)絡(luò)參政輻射力的巨大影響及公民網(wǎng)絡(luò)參政存在的問題給國家治理帶來的巨大挑戰(zhàn),這彰顯出國家治理對公民網(wǎng)絡(luò)參政管理與規(guī)范的不足。為避免公民網(wǎng)絡(luò)無序參政、盲目參政和惡意參政帶來的政治風(fēng)險,提升公民網(wǎng)絡(luò)參政的積極作用和效能,實(shí)現(xiàn)國家治理和公民網(wǎng)絡(luò)參政的良性互動和動態(tài)平衡,應(yīng)在國家治理視野下對公民網(wǎng)絡(luò)參政進(jìn)行有效的思想引導(dǎo)和制度規(guī)制。
[Abstract]:Taking the citizen network participation in politics from the perspective of national governance as the research object, this paper analyzes the radiation power and its problems of citizen network participation in politics in our country at present. The research shows that the great influence of the radiation power of network participation in politics and the great challenges brought to the national governance by the problems existing in the network participation of citizens in politics show the deficiency of national governance to the management and standardization of citizens' network participation in politics. In order to avoid the political risks brought about by citizen network participation in politics, blind participation in politics and malicious participation in politics, to enhance the positive role and efficiency of citizen network participation in politics, and to realize the benign interaction and dynamic balance between national governance and citizen network political participation, Effective ideological guidance and institutional regulation of citizen network participation in politics should be carried out from the perspective of national governance.
