【摘要】：在新中國(guó)的特殊歷史時(shí)期,知青上山下鄉(xiāng)政策持續(xù)推進(jìn)實(shí)施近30年時(shí)間。它在國(guó)家"一窮二白"面貌需要改變的條件下產(chǎn)生,在加強(qiáng)農(nóng)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)、充實(shí)農(nóng)業(yè)第一線的狀況下興起,在"文革"期間的特殊背景和環(huán)境中發(fā)展,在現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的新時(shí)期結(jié)束。本文從不同階段的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r出發(fā),闡釋了這一政策制定、實(shí)施和結(jié)束的現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)與客觀依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In the special historical period of New China, the policy of educated youth going to the mountains and down the countryside continued to be implemented for nearly 30 years. It emerged under the condition that the "poor and white" appearance of the country needed to be changed, rose under the condition of strengthening the agricultural foundation and enriching the front line of agriculture, developed in the special background and environment during the "Cultural Revolution", and ended in the new period of modernization. Based on the economic and social development in different stages, this paper explains the realistic and objective basis for the formulation, implementation and end of this policy.
