【摘要】：美國總統(tǒng)特朗普上臺后簽發(fā)的"禁穆令",既是為履行其在競選期間對支持者許下的諾言,體現(xiàn)"美國優(yōu)先"及"保護(hù)美國安全"的政策主張,也源于其本人及其執(zhí)政團(tuán)隊(duì)對穆斯林和伊斯蘭國家的一貫偏見。"禁穆令"的出臺引發(fā)了國際社會和美國國內(nèi)的大規(guī)�？棺h,但美國近半數(shù)民眾對此禁令持支持的態(tài)度,表明美國國內(nèi)尚存在嚴(yán)重的"伊斯蘭恐懼癥"和對恐怖襲擊的擔(dān)憂。特朗普的"禁穆令"意在運(yùn)用區(qū)別對待的策略來分化伊斯蘭世界,在撕裂美國社會的同時(shí),也對美國中東政策走向產(chǎn)生了影響。種種跡象顯示,特朗普政府將更多地從利益層面而非戰(zhàn)略層面構(gòu)建美國與伊斯蘭世界的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:The "proscription" issued by US President Trump after he took office is to fulfill his promise to supporters during the election campaign and to embody the policy of "America first" and "protect the security of the United States." It also stems from its own consistent bias against Muslims and Islamic states, as well as its governing team. " The ban triggered massive international and domestic protests, but nearly half of the U.S. population supported the ban, suggesting that there were still serious "Islamophobia" and fears of terrorist attacks in the United States. Trump's ban is intended to divide the Islamic world with a differentiated approach, tearing American society apart and influencing the direction of U.S. Middle East policy. There are signs that the Trump administration will build relations with the Islamic world more at the level of interests than at the strategic level.
