【摘要】："港獨(dú)"與"臺(tái)獨(dú)"因分裂國(guó)家的共同政治目的和相同外部因素的刺激,已呈現(xiàn)合流之勢(shì),且這一趨勢(shì)將愈演愈烈。"港獨(dú)"與"臺(tái)獨(dú)"合流不僅危害香港、臺(tái)灣兩地的經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)發(fā)展,更對(duì)國(guó)家統(tǒng)一和民族復(fù)興造成巨大傷害。法律手段是防范和遏制兩"獨(dú)"合流的重要武器。
[Abstract]:"Hong Kong independence" and "Taiwan independence" have shown a trend of convergence due to the common political objectives of splitting the country and the stimulation of the same external factors, and this trend will intensify. " The confluence of Hong Kong independence and "Taiwan independence" not only endangers the economic and social development of Hong Kong and Taiwan, but also causes great harm to national reunification and national rejuvenation. Legal means is an important weapon to prevent and contain the two separate flows.
