【摘要】：文章以一個(gè)沿海村莊為案例,考察了土地資本化對(duì)于農(nóng)村社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)變遷的影響。研究表明,由于征地造成的土地資本化,一方面,使得掌握集體土地征收簽字權(quán)、土地補(bǔ)償收益配置權(quán)的村干部獲益,企業(yè)主階層轉(zhuǎn)向?qū)ν恋刎?cái)富的追逐;另一方面,也造成了普通村民尤其是邊緣群體在失去土地之后,家庭收入結(jié)構(gòu)的單一化,以及由此帶來(lái)的收入水平下降,在村莊社會(huì)分層體系中位置的下降�；谏鲜霭l(fā)現(xiàn),文章進(jìn)一步提出土地資本化造成某些階層對(duì)于村莊的"脫嵌"。
[Abstract]:Taking a coastal village as an example, this paper examines the impact of land capitalization on the changes of rural social structure. The research shows that because of the land capitalization caused by land expropriation, on the one hand, the village cadres who have the right to sign collective land expropriation and the right to allocate land compensation benefits, and the enterprise owners turn to the pursuit of land wealth; On the other hand, it also causes the common villagers, especially the marginal groups, after the loss of land, the family income structure is single, and the resulting income level decreases, and the position in the village social stratification system decreases. Based on the above findings, the paper further points out that land capitalization results in the delamination of certain strata to villages.
