【摘要】：隨著家庭結(jié)構(gòu)迅速小型化,社區(qū)養(yǎng)老、機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老逐漸成為新的選擇趨勢。文章基于CLHLS 2011年追蹤數(shù)據(jù),以城市老年人為樣本,探討居家養(yǎng)老之外,城市老年人對機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老的選擇行為和選擇意愿。結(jié)果顯示,機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老的實(shí)際選擇行為及選擇意愿的社會(huì)參與度都很低,但也存在"圍城"現(xiàn)象,有些老人身在養(yǎng)老院內(nèi)心卻是拒絕的,也有部分老人想進(jìn)養(yǎng)老院而拘于家庭、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社區(qū)環(huán)境等原因而不得。
[Abstract]:With the rapid miniaturization of family structure, community pension, institutional pension has gradually become a new trend of choice. Based on the data of CLHLS in 2011, this paper takes the urban elderly as a sample to explore the choice behavior and the choice willingness of the urban elderly to the institutional old-age care in addition to the family pension. The results show that the actual choice behavior and the social participation of the will to choose for the aged in institutions are very low, but there is also the phenomenon of "besieging". Some elderly people are rejected in the heart of the nursing home, and some elderly people want to go to the nursing home and become confined to their families. Economic, community environment and other reasons and not.
