【摘要】：目的:描述我國2002年至2015年5歲及以上人群自殺率的變化規(guī)律,以及現(xiàn)階段我國自殺率的人群和地區(qū)分布特點,為制定自殺預(yù)防策略提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法:2002年至2015年自殺率數(shù)據(jù)來自國家衛(wèi)生和計劃生育委員會發(fā)布的《中國衛(wèi)生統(tǒng)計年鑒》。采用Poisson回歸模型對2002年至2015年總體自殺率,以及城鄉(xiāng)、性別、年齡別專率的下降趨勢進(jìn)行檢驗。以2012年至2015年我國自殺率的平均水平來反映我國自殺率的現(xiàn)況。結(jié)果:2002年以來,我國城市人群、農(nóng)村人群、男性以及女性人群的自殺率均呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢,其中,城市居民的自殺率下降幅度高于農(nóng)村居民,而女性自殺率的下降幅度高于男性。農(nóng)村和城市的育齡婦女自殺率呈明顯下降趨勢,近年來均已低于同年齡同地區(qū)男性的自殺率。85歲及以上的農(nóng)村高齡老人和農(nóng)村青年男性以及各年自殺率的平均年變化率無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。2012年至2015年的平均年自殺率為6.75/100 000,農(nóng)村高于城市,男性高于女性,老年人群高于年輕人群。結(jié)論:2002年至2015年我國自殺率呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢,未來仍應(yīng)當(dāng)繼續(xù)開展自殺預(yù)防,其中重點關(guān)注地區(qū)為農(nóng)村,重點干預(yù)人群為老年人群及青年男性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to describe the changes of suicide rate in China from 2002 to 2015, and to provide scientific basis for the formulation of suicide prevention strategy. Methods: the suicide rate data from 2002 to 2015 were published by the National Health and Family Planning Commission of China. The Poisson regression model was used to test the overall suicide rate from 2002 to 2015, as well as the declining trend of urban and rural areas, sex, age specificity. The average level of suicide rate from 2012 to 2015 reflects the present situation of suicide rate in China. Results: since 2002, the suicide rate of urban population, rural population, male and female population all showed a downward trend, among which, the suicide rate of urban residents was higher than that of rural residents. The suicide rate among women was higher than that among men. The suicide rate of women of childbearing age in rural and urban areas showed a significant downward trend. In recent years, the suicide rate has been lower than that of men of the same age in the same area. There is no statistical significance in the average annual change rate of the elderly and young men in rural areas aged 85 and above, and the average annual suicide rate from 2012 to 2015. The killing rate is 6.75 / 100, 000, The rural area is higher than the urban area, the male is higher than the female, and the elderly is higher than the young. Conclusion: the suicide rate in China decreased from 2002 to 2015, and suicide prevention should be carried out in the future, especially in rural areas and in the elderly and young men.
