【摘要】：金磚國(guó)家建立的初衷是為了崛起中的新興經(jīng)濟(jì)體參與全球經(jīng)濟(jì)治理,應(yīng)對(duì)金融危機(jī);但隨著各成員國(guó)參與全球氣候治理的意愿不斷增強(qiáng),金磚國(guó)家在氣候治理中的角色及其逐漸形成的合作機(jī)制開始引人注目。此外,氣候問題與各國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)及能源領(lǐng)域的密切關(guān)聯(lián)也使氣候合作得以成為金磚各國(guó)深化合作的重要?jiǎng)恿�。本文將根�?jù)金磚國(guó)家各自的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和能源消耗狀況等客觀因素,具體分析它們參與全球氣候治理的動(dòng)因和具體政策,并在此基礎(chǔ)上探討其氣候合作機(jī)制的構(gòu)建及影響。
[Abstract]:The BRICS countries were originally set up to deal with the financial crisis by participating in the global economic governance of emerging economies. But with the growing willingness of member countries to participate in global climate governance, the role of the BRICS in climate governance and its evolving cooperative mechanisms are starting to stand out. In addition, the close relationship between climate issues and national economies and energy also makes climate cooperation an important driving force for the BRICS countries to deepen their cooperation. Based on the objective factors such as the economic development and energy consumption of BRICS countries, this paper analyzes the causes and policies of their participation in global climate governance, and discusses the construction and impact of their climate cooperation mechanism.
