【摘要】：對(duì)廣西通關(guān)實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行測(cè)評(píng)可知,廣西通關(guān)便利化水平偏低,其原因是廣西港口通關(guān)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)滯后、通關(guān)審批流程復(fù)雜、通關(guān)監(jiān)管政策透明度低、電子通關(guān)能力不強(qiáng)。對(duì)此,應(yīng)加快港口的通關(guān)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施及配套設(shè)施建設(shè),推廣“通關(guān)一體化”簡(jiǎn)化通關(guān)手續(xù),提高通關(guān)監(jiān)管政策透明度,加強(qiáng)電子口岸建設(shè)。

In view of this, we should speed up the construction of port customs infrastructure and supporting facilities, popularize "customs clearance integration" to simplify customs clearance procedures, improve the transparency of customs clearance supervision policies, and strengthen the construction of electronic ports.
