【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),在國(guó)家政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化體制改革不斷深入的環(huán)境下,社會(huì)管理體制改革也在穩(wěn)步推進(jìn),其中,社區(qū)作為一種新型的基層社會(huì)管理組織得到了迅速發(fā)展。在社區(qū)發(fā)展過(guò)程中,社區(qū)居民政治社會(huì)化問(wèn)題不僅是維護(hù)社區(qū)穩(wěn)定和推動(dòng)社區(qū)發(fā)展的重要因素,還是保證基層民主得以實(shí)現(xiàn)的重要途徑,更關(guān)系到社區(qū)居民對(duì)社會(huì)政治文化認(rèn)可程度。當(dāng)前,隨著科技的發(fā)展,人類進(jìn)入了新媒體的時(shí)代,它對(duì)人們的生活特別是政治生活產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響。新媒體的興起打破了傳統(tǒng)的媒體格局,它的發(fā)展已成為現(xiàn)代社會(huì)中政治社會(huì)化的不可或缺的一部分,社區(qū)居民政治社會(huì)化建設(shè)更是現(xiàn)代民主政治建設(shè)中的重要環(huán)節(jié),因此,利用新媒體推進(jìn)社區(qū)居民政治社會(huì)化建設(shè)顯得既有研究?jī)r(jià)值又具現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文從探討新媒體和社區(qū)居民政治社會(huì)化關(guān)系著手,對(duì)新媒體的定義和特點(diǎn),社區(qū)和政治社會(huì)化的概念進(jìn)行了透徹的分析;闡明了傳統(tǒng)媒體下社區(qū)居民政治社會(huì)化面臨的現(xiàn)實(shí)困境;闡述了新媒體在社區(qū)居民政治社會(huì)化中的優(yōu)勢(shì);提出了新媒體環(huán)境下社區(qū)居民政治社會(huì)化的路徑。新媒體在社區(qū)居民政治社會(huì)化中的廣泛運(yùn)用,不在形式上、途徑上豐富了社區(qū)居民政治社會(huì)化,而且還推進(jìn)了社會(huì)主義民主政治建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening to the outside world, the reform of the social management system has been advancing steadily in the environment of the national political, economic and cultural system reform, in which the community as a new type of grass-roots social management organization has been developed rapidly. In the process of community development, the political socialization of community residents is not only an important factor to maintain community stability and promote community development, but also an important way to ensure the realization of grass-roots democracy. More related to the community residents to the social political and cultural recognition. At present, with the development of science and technology, mankind has entered the era of new media, which has a profound influence on people's life, especially political life. The rise of new media breaks the traditional media pattern, its development has become an indispensable part of political socialization in modern society, and the construction of community residents' political socialization is an important link in the construction of modern democratic politics. Using new media to promote the construction of community residents' political socialization is of both research value and practical significance. This paper begins with the discussion of the relationship between the new media and the political socialization of the residents, and makes a thorough analysis of the definition and characteristics of the new media and the concept of the community and the political socialization. This paper clarifies the realistic predicament that the community residents' political socialization faces under the traditional media, expounds the advantages of the new media in the community residents' political socialization, and puts forward the path of the community residents' political socialization under the new media environment. The extensive use of new media in the political socialization of community residents not only enriches the political socialization of community residents, but also promotes the construction of socialist democratic politics.
