【摘要】：特朗普執(zhí)政以來,采取了一系列廣受關(guān)注的內(nèi)政外交新舉措,在多方面給國際環(huán)境帶來新的變量和影響。在國際政治方面,特朗普政府加強關(guān)系性霸權(quán)而弱化結(jié)構(gòu)性霸權(quán),使得戰(zhàn)后霸權(quán)國的國際霸權(quán)建設(shè)方向出現(xiàn)重要轉(zhuǎn)變。在國際經(jīng)濟方面,特朗普政府采取美國就業(yè)和經(jīng)濟增長優(yōu)先的政策導向,給經(jīng)濟全球化和區(qū)域一體化帶來新的挑戰(zhàn)和機遇。在地區(qū)局勢方面,特朗普政府集中精力個別解決重點國際問題,對中美關(guān)系和亞太地區(qū)局勢形成較為有力的沖擊。認識這些影響及其趨勢有利于把握美國外交、中美關(guān)系和全球局勢的變化與走向。
[Abstract]:Since Trump took office, he has taken a series of new measures of domestic and foreign affairs, which have brought new variables and influences to the international environment in many ways. In the aspect of international politics, the Trump administration strengthens the relational hegemony and weakens the structural hegemony, which makes the direction of the postwar hegemonic power's international hegemony change significantly. On the international economic front, the Trump administration has adopted the priority policy orientation of U.S. employment and economic growth, bringing new challenges and opportunities to economic globalization and regional integration. On the regional front, the Trump administration has focused on resolving key international issues individually, creating a more powerful impact on Sino-US relations and the situation in the Asia-Pacific region. Understanding these influences and their trends is helpful to grasp the changes and trends of American diplomacy, Sino-American relations and global situation.
