【摘要】：中央提出的"絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶"戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想,貫通歐亞,澤被深遠(yuǎn)。它不僅為被劃入建設(shè)范疇的內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)和黑龍江省帶來了難得的歷史機(jī)遇,也為分布在這兩省區(qū)的鄂溫克族帶來了千載難逢的發(fā)展契機(jī)。對(duì)此,在國家和各級(jí)政府扶持的基礎(chǔ)上,鄂溫克族必須找準(zhǔn)其在未來大政策環(huán)境中的定位,挖掘自身潛力,只有這樣才能開創(chuàng)民族發(fā)展的嶄新未來。
[Abstract]:The Central Committee put forward the "Silk Road Economic Belt" strategic concept, through Eurasia, is far-reaching. It not only brings a rare historical opportunity for Inner Mongolia Autonomous region and Heilongjiang Province, but also brings a rare opportunity for the Ewenki people who are distributed in these two provinces. Therefore, on the basis of the support of the state and the governments at all levels, the Ewenki people must find out their position in the future big policy environment and tap their own potential. Only in this way can the Ewenki nationality develop into a new future.
