【摘要】：伴隨著市場經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,住房改革和產(chǎn)權(quán)私有化,社區(qū)業(yè)主在社區(qū)公共事務(wù)及權(quán)利維護過程中的自主治理與集體行動逐漸引起關(guān)注。對城市社區(qū)業(yè)主自治過程中的公眾參與和集體行動困境進行了分析,同時以田野調(diào)查和個案研究為方法,呈現(xiàn)出業(yè)主自治的集體行動邏輯過程,指出共同利益、行動精英、社會資本與制度規(guī)則這四個因素保證了集體行動的發(fā)生與持續(xù),并在一定程度上解決了"搭便車"的困境。
[Abstract]:With the development of market economy, housing reform and privatization of property rights, community owners in the community public affairs and rights maintenance process of self-governance and collective action gradually aroused attention. This paper analyzes the plight of public participation and collective action in the process of owners' autonomy in urban communities, and takes field investigation and case study as the methods to present the logical process of collective action of owners' autonomy, pointing out the common interests and action elites. The four factors of social capital and system rules ensure the occurrence and continuance of collective action, and to some extent solve the dilemma of "hitchhiking".
