【摘要】：協(xié)商民主所要求的政治平等形式雖然是某種形式的機會平等,但是與代議制民主相較而言,它所要求的政治平等內(nèi)容更加復(fù)雜、具體。耐特等人對協(xié)商民主需要的政治平等形式進行分析,將之概括為"平等的政治影響機會",即在協(xié)商過程中除了要排除公民資源的不對稱分布可能帶來的影響,即實現(xiàn)資源平等,還對公民的協(xié)商民主素養(yǎng)提出了較高的要求,即要求公民具備平等的民主協(xié)商能力。關(guān)于協(xié)商民主的政治平等形式的研究對我們理解社會主義協(xié)商民主具有啟發(fā)意義。
[Abstract]:Although the form of political equality required by deliberative democracy is a form of equality of opportunity, it requires more complicated and specific political equality than representative democracy. Nat et al. Analysed the forms of political equality needed for a consultative democracy, and summed it up as "equal opportunities for political influence", that is, in the course of the consultation, in addition to excluding the possible effects of the asymmetric distribution of citizens' resources, That is, to realize the equality of resources, but also to the citizens of the democratic quality of consultation put forward a higher request, that is, citizens to have equal democratic consultation ability. The research on the political equality of deliberative democracy is instructive for us to understand socialist deliberative democracy.
