【摘要】：近年來,社區(qū)已經(jīng)成為人們賴以生存的場所,社區(qū)發(fā)展自然受到政府的高度重視,文化建設(shè)發(fā)展問題作為社區(qū)發(fā)展的重要組成部分自然也不容小覷。西安市對于社區(qū)發(fā)展問題也逐漸看重,并按照政府規(guī)劃逐步發(fā)展,并且取得了一定成績。然而,西安市在城市社區(qū)文化建設(shè)中仍然存在許多問題亟待改善。筆者選取了四個較具有西安市城市社區(qū)代表性的社區(qū)進行深入調(diào)查,通過向社區(qū)居民及部分社區(qū)工作人員設(shè)計發(fā)放問卷,并在社區(qū)中對社區(qū)居民就社區(qū)文化方面的具體問題進行無結(jié)構(gòu)式訪談,希望了解到目前西安市城市社區(qū)文化的大致現(xiàn)狀及現(xiàn)存的主要問題,并通過調(diào)查訪問的資料結(jié)合共同治理理論和認(rèn)知理論對這些問題進行分析研究以及歸納總結(jié),最終從微觀上就現(xiàn)狀提出較為具體的對策建議。雖然我國在社區(qū)文化建設(shè)方面的研究已經(jīng)非常豐富,但是,西安市,作為歷史文化古都并且又是全國交通樞紐城市,它有著較為復(fù)雜的居住形式和人口結(jié)構(gòu),我們對于這種特殊城市的社區(qū)文化建設(shè)的系統(tǒng)研究卻寥寥無幾,目前社區(qū)發(fā)展中文化建設(shè)實踐情況如火如荼,卻缺乏與相應(yīng)的理論結(jié)合分析,并用理論作為指導(dǎo),因此,筆者希望在本研究中利用文獻分析法、問卷法、觀察法、無結(jié)構(gòu)式訪談法等研究方法,結(jié)合共同治理理論和認(rèn)知理論的知識發(fā)現(xiàn)西安市的社區(qū)文化在目前初步發(fā)展階段存在的具體問題,針對總結(jié)的問題試圖提出解決對策。通過本文對西安市內(nèi)城市社區(qū)的文化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的研究,為逐漸完善城市社區(qū)文化建設(shè)體系做一些借鑒。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the community has become the place on which people live, and the development of the community is attached great importance to by the government. As an important part of the community development, the problem of cultural construction and development can not be underestimated. Xi'an has gradually attached importance to community development and developed gradually according to the government plan, and has made certain achievements. However, there are still many problems in the construction of community culture in Xi'an. The author selected four communities with representative community in Xi'an to conduct an in-depth investigation, through the design of questionnaires to community residents and some community workers. And in the community to the community residents on the specific issues of community culture, unstructured interviews, hoping to understand the current urban community culture in Xi'an about the general situation and the existing main problems, Through the investigation and interview of the data combined with the common governance theory and cognitive theory to analyze and summarize these problems, finally from the micro point of view to put forward more specific countermeasures and suggestions. Although the research on community culture construction in China has been very rich, Xi'an, as a historical and cultural ancient capital and a national transportation hub city, has a more complex residential form and population structure. However, there are few systematic studies on the construction of community culture in this special city. At present, the practice of cultural construction in community development is in full swing, but it lacks the analysis combined with the corresponding theories and uses the theory as a guide. The author hopes to use literature analysis, questionnaire, observation, unstructured interview and other research methods in this study. Combined with the knowledge of common governance theory and cognitive theory, this paper finds out the concrete problems existing in the initial development stage of community culture in Xi'an city, and tries to put forward some countermeasures to solve the problems summarized. Through the study of the present situation of the cultural development of the urban community in Xi'an, this paper makes some reference for the gradual improvement of the cultural construction system of the urban community.
