【摘要】：改革開放近四十年來,中國共產(chǎn)黨作為中國特色社會主義偉大事業(yè)的堅強領導核心,帶領人民創(chuàng)立并堅持中國特色社會主義,開辟了中國特色社會主義的道路、理論體系、制度和文化。中國特色社會主義的四個內(nèi)容以及堅持四個自信,必須在新形勢下努力構(gòu)建中國特色社會主義話語體系。在全球視野下,中國要在和平與發(fā)展的趨勢下積極參與全球治理和人類命運共同體建設,需要爭取在國際上的話語權(quán),澄清和消除對中國特色社會主義的誤區(qū)和曲解,為全球發(fā)展提供可借鑒的中國方案。通過構(gòu)建中國特色社會主義話語體系,為堅持中國道路、弘揚中國精神、聚集中國力量、講好中國故事、做好中國事情、展現(xiàn)中國氣派、突出中國風格,進而為實現(xiàn)中國夢奠定堅實的保障和條件。在闡述中國特色社會主義話語體系的研究背景和重大意義、國內(nèi)外研究狀況述評、概括創(chuàng)新點和研究方法的基礎上,首先對中國特色社會主義話語體系進行了理論概述,這是提出構(gòu)建中國特色社會主義話語體系路徑的理論基礎。在中國特色社會主義話語體系的概念與內(nèi)涵上,首先區(qū)分了話語、話語群、話語權(quán)和話語體系等一般概念,認為中國特色社會主義話語體系的邏輯內(nèi)容要包括中國特色社會主義理論體系的核心內(nèi)容、中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的內(nèi)在基因、國外先進文化成果和思想理論的學習和吸收。中國特色社會主義話語體系按邏輯層次上可以劃分為中國特色社會主義的學術話語體系和日常話語體系,學術話語體系是當代中國的哲學社會科學話語體系及中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的創(chuàng)造性轉(zhuǎn)化和創(chuàng)新性發(fā)展成果,日常話語體系是打造體現(xiàn)中國思想文明淵源、具有中國風格和中國氣派的日常生活話語和價值觀。然后論述了中國特色社會主義話語體系所具有的基本特征,在體系和理論層面上具有系統(tǒng)科學性,如社會主義核心價值體系、中國特色社會主義共同理想;在實踐和日常層面上具有開放創(chuàng)新性,如社會主義核心價值觀、中國夢;在意識形態(tài)和階級立場層面上具有目的指向性和民族大眾性的特征。由此,確立了構(gòu)建中國特色社會主義話語體系的發(fā)展路向,必須著眼于民族大眾化和全球國際化。新形勢下構(gòu)建中國特色社會主義話語體系的路徑,在內(nèi)容原則上,總的基調(diào)是立足現(xiàn)實實踐、注重經(jīng)典文本、面向全球世界。第一,要把改革開放近四十年來中國特色社會主義建設、改革和發(fā)展的鮮活實踐經(jīng)驗創(chuàng)造性轉(zhuǎn)化和升華為主流意識形態(tài)話語來進行宣傳,進而發(fā)展為中國特色社會主義的話語邏輯體系,形成規(guī)范性語言和日常生活話語的交互性關聯(lián);第二,以馬克思主義的基本觀點、基本方法和基本立場,特別是毛澤東思想和中國特色社會主義理論體系為根本指導,構(gòu)建中國特色社會主義話語體系的核心機制;第三,吸收和弘揚中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化中的合理要素,構(gòu)建中國特色社會主義話語體系的基因和源流;第四,面向全球世界,實現(xiàn)中外互動,打造國際對話機制和交流平臺,向世界講好中國故事,宣傳中國方案和人類命運共同體理念。新形勢下構(gòu)建中國特色社會主義話語體系的路徑,在傳播機制上,要做到以馬克思主義和中國特色社會主義理論體系為核心指導思想,把規(guī)范性的學術話語體系和日常性的大眾話語體系有機結(jié)合起來。具體來說,第一,實現(xiàn)主流意識形態(tài)與大眾日常話語的良性互動;第二,充分利用新媒體和網(wǎng)絡平臺,利用鮮活生動的形式對中國特色社會主義話語體系進行包裝和宣傳;第三,建立和完善中國特色社會主義話語體系的信息轉(zhuǎn)換機制和反饋機制。最后,闡述了新形勢下構(gòu)建中國特色社會主義話語體系路徑的重要意義。研究中國特色社會主義話語體系的理論問題及構(gòu)建的有效路徑,可以科學而全面地理解中國特色社會主義,增強四個自信,提升中國的文化軟實力,構(gòu)筑和提升中國的國際話語權(quán),為實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復興的中國夢提供文化保障。
[Abstract]:In the last four decades of the reform and opening-up, the Communist Party of China, as the strong leading core of the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, led the people to create and adhere to the socialism with Chinese characteristics, and opened up the road, the theoretical system, the system and the culture of the socialism with Chinese characteristics. The four contents of the socialism with Chinese characteristics and the four self-confidence must be made in the new situation to construct the socialism discourse system with Chinese characteristics. Under the global vision, China will actively participate in the construction of the global governance and human destiny community with the trend of peace and development, and will need to strive for the voice of the world, to clarify and eliminate the misunderstanding and misinterpretation of the socialism with Chinese characteristics, and to provide a reference for the global development. Through the construction of the socialism discourse system with Chinese characteristics, in order to adhere to the Chinese road, to carry forward the Chinese spirit, to gather the Chinese power, to tell the Chinese story, to do well the Chinese affairs, to show the Chinese style, to highlight the Chinese style, and to lay a solid guarantee and condition for the realization of the Chinese dream. In the light of the background and significance of the study of the socialism discourse system with Chinese characteristics, the review of the research situation at home and abroad, the summary of the innovation points and the research methods, the theory of the socialism discourse system with Chinese characteristics is first introduced, This is the theoretical basis for building the path of the socialism discourse system with Chinese characteristics. On the basis of the concept and connotation of the socialism discourse system with Chinese characteristics, the general concept of the discourse, the discourse group, the voice and the discourse system is first distinguished, and the logical content of the socialist discourse system with Chinese characteristics is the core of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The internal gene of Chinese excellent traditional culture, foreign advanced cultural achievements and the study and absorption of thought theory. The socialist discourse system with Chinese characteristics can be divided into the academic discourse system and the day-to-day discourse system with Chinese characteristics at a logical level. The academic discourse system is the creative transformation and creative development of the Chinese traditional Chinese philosophy and social science discourse system and the Chinese excellent traditional culture, and the daily discourse system is to create the daily life discourse and the values which embody the origin of Chinese thought and civilization, and have the Chinese style and the Chinese style. Then the basic characteristics of the socialism discourse system with Chinese characteristics are discussed, and the system and the theoretical level have the scientific nature of the system, such as the socialist core value system, the common ideal of the Chinese characteristics socialism, and the open and innovative at the practical and daily level. such as the socialist core values, the Chinese dream, the characteristics of the aim and the national mass at the ideological and class position level. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on the popularization of the national and the global internationalization. Under the new situation, the paper constructs the path of the system of the socialism discourse with Chinese characteristics, and in principle, the general tone is based on the practice of reality, focusing on the classic text and facing the global world. First, we should promote and promote the creative transformation and sublimation of the living experience of the socialist construction, reform and development of Chinese characteristics over the past four decades, and then develop the discourse logic system of the socialism with Chinese characteristics. The second is the basic guidance of the basic ideas, the basic methods and the basic positions of the Marxism, in particular the Mao Zedong Thought and the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Constructing the core mechanism of the socialism discourse system with Chinese characteristics; thirdly, absorbing and promoting the rational elements in the Chinese excellent traditional culture, and constructing the gene and the source stream of the Chinese characteristic socialist discourse system; and fourthly, facing the global world and realizing the interaction between the Chinese and foreign countries, To build an international dialogue mechanism and exchange platform, to tell the world about the Chinese story, to promote the Chinese programme and the concept of the human destiny community. Under the new situation, it is necessary to combine the normative academic discourse system and the daily mass discourse system with the theoretical system of Marxism and Chinese characteristics as the core guiding ideology. in particular, that first, realize the benign interaction of the mainstream ideology and the daily discourse of the public; secondly, the new media and the network platform are fully utilized, and the Chinese characteristic socialist discourse system is packaged and promoted by the live and vivid form; and thirdly, To set up and perfect the information conversion mechanism and the feedback mechanism of the socialism discourse system with Chinese characteristics. At last, the paper expounds the significance of the construction of the path of the socialist discourse system with Chinese characteristics under the new situation. The paper studies the theoretical problems and the effective path of the socialism discourse system with Chinese characteristics, can scientifically and fully understand the socialism with Chinese characteristics, enhance the four self-confidence, improve the Chinese culture and soft power, build and improve the international voice of China, and provides cultural guarantee for realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
