【摘要】：父子和兄弟關(guān)系一縱一橫構(gòu)成了歷史中國農(nóng)耕村落秩序(齊家)的支架,但這兩種關(guān)系的再生產(chǎn)都必須依賴男女關(guān)系,一種最具創(chuàng)造力也最具顛覆力的關(guān)系。"男女有別"因此成為保證村落秩序穩(wěn)定的核心制度原則。制度實踐包括為嚴防生物亂倫和近親結(jié)婚以確保繁衍健康后代的外婚制和同姓不婚制,也包括為穩(wěn)定和確保村落家族社區(qū)秩序確立的"從一而終"和"授受不親"的制度,力求杜絕各種潛在的文化亂倫。
[Abstract]:The relationship between father and brother forms the scaffold of the historical Chinese farming village order, but the reproduction of these two relationships must depend on the relationship between men and women, one of the most creative and subversive relationship. " Therefore, it has become the core system principle to ensure the stability of village order. Institutional practice includes the system of exogamy and non-marriage with the aim of preventing biological incest and marriage of close relatives in order to ensure the reproduction of healthy offspring, as well as the system of "from one to the last" and "non-kinship" established to stabilize and ensure the order of the village family community. Strive to put an end to all kinds of potential cultural incest.
