【摘要】：美國(guó)近年來的政局變幻在全球范圍內(nèi)引發(fā)一系列連鎖反應(yīng)。如何在此背景下認(rèn)識(shí)美國(guó)的治理問題是理解全球治理困境以及未來發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的前提。在美國(guó)面臨的各種棘手難題中,經(jīng)濟(jì)不平等是一個(gè)有代表性的議題。當(dāng)今美國(guó)政治中出現(xiàn)的所有重要現(xiàn)象無不與其有關(guān),如政治極化、左右翼民粹主義運(yùn)動(dòng)、反自由貿(mào)易、抵制全球化、排斥外來移民等。特朗普和桑德斯在2016年大選中的異軍突起,也離不開美國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)不平等加劇。因此,對(duì)這一問題進(jìn)行深入研究,有助于我們了解美國(guó)社會(huì)和政治問題的根源所在。美國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)不平等有著深刻的政治根源,其中公共政策、政黨政治、利益集團(tuán)等要素在影響美國(guó)收入和權(quán)力分配上扮演重要角色,而且它們之間又相互關(guān)聯(lián),彼此作用。經(jīng)濟(jì)不平等加劇已成為一個(gè)全球普遍現(xiàn)象。美國(guó)這樣的發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家在這一問題上的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),對(duì)于新興經(jīng)濟(jì)體國(guó)家也具有重要的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The political changes in the United States in recent years have triggered a series of chain reactions around the world. How to understand the American governance is the premise of understanding the global governance dilemma and the future development trend. Among the thorny problems facing the United States, economic inequality is a representative issue. All the important phenomena in American politics today have something to do with them, such as political polarization, populist movements on the left and right, anti-free trade, resistance to globalization, exclusion of immigrants, and so on. Trump and Sanders' rise in the 2016 election is also linked to rising economic inequality in the United States. Therefore, an in-depth study of this issue will help us understand the root causes of the social and political problems in the United States. Economic inequality in the United States has profound political roots, in which public policy, party politics, interest groups and other factors play an important role in influencing American income and distribution of power, and they are interrelated and interact with each other. Rising economic inequality has become a global phenomenon. The lessons of developed countries such as the United States on this issue are also of great significance to emerging economies.
