【摘要】：作為特定的體制機制,蘇聯(lián)模式并不代表科學社會主義本身。蘇聯(lián)模式存在重大弊病且日益僵化,最終成為經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的嚴重體制障礙。蘇聯(lián)模式的失敗是東歐劇變、蘇聯(lián)解體的主要根源。中國特色社會主義,是中國共產(chǎn)黨以蘇為鑒、改革創(chuàng)新的偉大成果。在新的歷史條件下,鞏固理想信念的要義在于:繼續(xù)以蘇為鑒,推進"四個全面"戰(zhàn)略布局,毫不動搖堅持和發(fā)展中國特色社會主義。
[Abstract]:As a specific institutional mechanism, the Soviet model does not represent scientific socialism itself. The Soviet model was seriously flawed and increasingly rigid, and finally became a serious institutional obstacle to economic and social development. The failure of the Soviet model was the main cause of the drastic changes in Eastern Europe and the disintegration of the Soviet Union. Socialism with Chinese characteristics is the great achievement of the Communist Party of China's reform and innovation. Under the new historical conditions, the key to consolidate the ideals and beliefs lies in: continue to learn from the Soviet Union, promote the "four all-round" strategic layout, unswervingly adhere to and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics.
