【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)人口老齡化的加速,養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的供需矛盾日益突出。社會(huì)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)體系的資源獲取可借鑒相對(duì)比較成熟的無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血管理制度中的激勵(lì)機(jī)制和管理模式,通過(guò)互助養(yǎng)老的方式,調(diào)動(dòng)民眾廣泛參與的積極性。國(guó)家通過(guò)相關(guān)政策和制度的支持,明確參與民眾的權(quán)益,激勵(lì)相關(guān)群體的參與熱情,促進(jìn)社會(huì)養(yǎng)老保障事業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the accelerated aging of the population in China, the contradiction between supply and demand of pension services is becoming increasingly prominent. The acquisition of resources in the social pension service system can draw lessons from the relatively mature incentive mechanism and management model of the free blood donation management system and mobilize the enthusiasm of the masses to participate widely through the way of mutual support for the aged. Through the support of relevant policies and systems, the state clearly participates in the rights and interests of the people, encourages the participation enthusiasm of relevant groups, and promotes the sustainable development of social pension security.
