【摘要】：中國特色社會主義必須堅持貫徹科學社會主義基本原則,中國特色社會主義是科學社會主義理論邏輯和中國社會發(fā)展歷史邏輯的辯證統一。在中國的現階段,毫不動搖地鼓勵、引導和發(fā)展民營經濟,鼓勵一部分人和一部分地區(qū)先富起來,發(fā)揮市場在資源配置中的決定性作用等政策都不是毫無邊界和毫無限制條件的。它們分別是與科學社會主義的基本經濟原則,即生產資料社會主義公有制、按勞分配和有計劃地發(fā)展經濟緊密結合起來的。這種結合正是保證中國特色社會主義是科學社會主義的制度基礎,也是我國經濟建設和改革開放沿著社會主義道路前進、廣大人民群眾利益能得到真正實現的根本保障。
[Abstract]:Socialism with Chinese characteristics must adhere to the basic principles of scientific socialism. Socialism with Chinese characteristics is the dialectical unity of the theoretical logic of scientific socialism and the historical logic of Chinese social development. At the present stage in China, we will unswervingly encourage, guide and develop the private sector of the economy and encourage some people and some regions to become rich first. Policies such as giving play to the decisive role of the market in the allocation of resources are not boundless and unlimited. They are closely combined with the basic economic principles of scientific socialism, that is, socialist public ownership of the means of production, distribution according to work and the development of the economy in a planned manner. This combination is the guarantee that socialism with Chinese characteristics is the institutional basis of scientific socialism, and the fundamental guarantee that our country's economic construction and reform and opening up advance along the socialist road, and that the interests of the broad masses of the people can be truly realized.
