【摘要】：隨著國際形勢和國際發(fā)展進(jìn)入新階段,構(gòu)建中國特色大國外交理論的任務(wù)緊迫而突出,需要在宏揚(yáng)中國優(yōu)秀文化、發(fā)展馬克思主義和總結(jié)中國外交實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)內(nèi)外形勢變化、中國外交的發(fā)展趨勢以及中外思想理論的交流、交匯和交鋒,確定未來理論構(gòu)建的方向。為此,我們需要從淵源條件、總體思想、戰(zhàn)略思維和政策原則等方面加強(qiáng)對中國特色大國外交理論的體系建設(shè)。中國的政界和學(xué)界要在構(gòu)建的方向和重點(diǎn)上達(dá)成共識,在相關(guān)研究上形成合力,實(shí)現(xiàn)中國外交更快和更多地從感性認(rèn)識向理性認(rèn)識的飛躍,提升中國特色大國外交理論的指導(dǎo)意義和在國際上的引領(lǐng)作用。
[Abstract]:With the international situation and international development entering a new stage, the task of constructing the diplomatic theory of great powers with Chinese characteristics is urgent and prominent. It is necessary to promote China's excellent culture, develop Marxism and sum up China's diplomatic practice. According to the changes of internal and external situation, the development trend of China's diplomacy and the exchange, intersection and confrontation of Chinese and foreign ideology and theory, the direction of the construction of the future theory is determined. Therefore, we need to strengthen the system construction of the diplomatic theory of the great powers with Chinese characteristics from the aspects of origin conditions, general thoughts, strategic thinking and policy principles. China's political and academic circles should reach a consensus on the direction and focus of construction, form a joint effort in relevant research, and realize a faster and more rapid leap from perceptual to rational understanding in China's diplomacy. To promote the guiding significance and the leading role in the world of the diplomacy theory of the great powers with Chinese characteristics.
