【摘要】：政治共識(shí)的達(dá)成是開展國際合作、化解地區(qū)矛盾沖突、解決人類面臨共同問題的基礎(chǔ);也是維護(hù)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定、實(shí)現(xiàn)國家治理現(xiàn)代化的重要前提。當(dāng)前,社會(huì)分化帶來不同政治主體思想觀念多元化、政治理想差異、政治事實(shí)認(rèn)定差異等因素,極大地影響了政治共識(shí)的順利達(dá)成。當(dāng)代中國政治共識(shí)的達(dá)成,需要積極尋找和確認(rèn)政治共識(shí)達(dá)成的主體,嚴(yán)格遵循民主集中制原則,善于發(fā)掘傳統(tǒng)文化中的有益思想因素,利用好政黨協(xié)商、政協(xié)協(xié)商兩個(gè)主渠道,并應(yīng)將政治協(xié)商納入決策程序。
[Abstract]:The conclusion of political consensus is the basis of international cooperation, resolving regional conflicts and solving common problems facing mankind, and is also an important prerequisite for maintaining social stability and realizing the modernization of national governance. At present, the social differentiation has brought about the diversity of ideology, the difference of political ideal, the difference of political fact and so on, which have greatly affected the successful conclusion of political consensus. In order to reach the political consensus in contemporary China, we should actively seek and confirm the main body of the political consensus, strictly abide by the principle of democratic centralism, be good at excavating the beneficial ideological factors in traditional culture, and make good use of political party consultation. CPPCC consultation two main channels, and should be political consultation into the decision-making process.
