試論“中國模式”在意識形態(tài)層面的成因與特質(zhì)

【摘要】:從目前的研究現(xiàn)狀看,當前世界上所盛行的現(xiàn)代化模式幾乎都有意識形態(tài)的影子,而“中國模式”的靈魂就是“中國模式”所具備的意識形態(tài)因素。本文首先從改革開放以來我國意識形態(tài)創(chuàng)新的歷程來對“中國模式”進行考察,一般說來,我國的意識形態(tài)發(fā)展經(jīng)歷了兩次大的轉(zhuǎn)變,從革命型——建設(shè)型,有實踐標準理論,初級階段理論,“三個代表”理論;從建設(shè)型——和諧型,有科學發(fā)展觀理論,社會主義和諧社會理論,中國夢理論!爸袊J健痹谝庾R形態(tài)層面的成因有三個方面的內(nèi)容,即回歸意識形態(tài)的本質(zhì),意識形態(tài)的靈活性,意識形態(tài)的包容性。在“中國模式”發(fā)展的過程中,馬克思主義的指導(dǎo)思想一直是其靈魂,本文對于“中國模式”的意識形態(tài)分析尚在馬克思主義的視界之內(nèi)!爸袊J健弊鳛橐环N靈活的意識形態(tài),它隨著外部環(huán)境的變化而進行適時地調(diào)整,以應(yīng)對新時期、新階段的挑戰(zhàn)。在經(jīng)濟全球化的大背景下,社會主義主流意識形態(tài)若要繼續(xù)保持先進性,煥發(fā)出強大的生命力,就必須博采眾長,為意識形態(tài)的發(fā)展注入新的活力!爸袊J健痹谝庾R形態(tài)層面的特質(zhì)有對社會主義核心價值理念的堅守;全球化背景中對現(xiàn)代性價值的吸納;向傳統(tǒng)政治價值的回歸。“中國模式”之所以能夠在當代煥發(fā)出巨大的生命力,成為世界矚目的焦點,一個最重要的原因就是在改革開放的過程中始終堅持馬克思主義基本原理的指導(dǎo),堅持四項基本原則,從根本上把握了中國特色社會主義的社會主義方向。但是“中國模式”尚未真正完善,若要形成良性的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,就需以開放、包容的心態(tài)借鑒西方文明中的合理要素,如政府治理、協(xié)商民主等,從而增加“中國模式”的價值附加。傳統(tǒng)文化是一個民族思想和意識形態(tài)發(fā)展的源頭,中華民族的傳統(tǒng)文化在長期的歷史發(fā)展過程中積累了先進的、寶貴的思想文化資源,為當前我們國家加強社會主義主流意識形態(tài)提供了豐富的資源。結(jié)語部分主要強調(diào)須注意意識形態(tài)的非意識形態(tài)化——“中國模式”在意識形態(tài)層面的靈魂,從兩個方面進行闡述,切忌使意識形態(tài)僵化、制度化、絕對化。倘若執(zhí)政黨的意識形態(tài)陷入僵化,沒有足夠的彈性,就不能夠滿足大多數(shù)人的利益要求,從而導(dǎo)致整個社會陷入分裂狀態(tài)。切忌“中國模式”的僵化傾向,我們倡導(dǎo)堅持馬克思列寧主義在我國意識形態(tài)領(lǐng)域的指導(dǎo)地位,并不是要我們形而上學的、僵化的、教條的對待馬克思主義的理論。因而在對“中國模式”進行發(fā)展和完善的過程中,必須要警惕和防止“中國模式”的意識形態(tài)因素被夸大和絕對化的傾向。
[Abstract]:From the current research situation, almost all the modern models prevailing in the world have the shadow of ideology, and the soul of the "Chinese model" is the ideological factor of the "Chinese model". This paper first examines the "Chinese model" from the process of ideological innovation in China since the reform and opening up. Generally speaking, the ideological development of our country has undergone two major changes, from the revolutionary type to the construction type, there is a practical standard theory. Primary stage theory, "three represents" theory, from construction-harmonious type, there is scientific development theory, socialist harmonious society theory, Chinese Dream theory. There are three aspects of the causes of the "Chinese model" at the ideological level, that is, returning to the essence of ideology, the flexibility of ideology, and the inclusiveness of ideology. In the course of the development of "Chinese model", the guiding ideology of Marxism has always been its soul, and the ideological analysis of "Chinese model" is still within the scope of Marxism. As a flexible ideology, the "Chinese Model" is adjusted with the change of the external environment to meet the challenges of the new era and new stage. Under the background of economic globalization, if the mainstream ideology of socialism wants to maintain its advanced nature and exuberance with strong vitality, it must learn from all kinds of people and inject new vitality into the development of ideology. The characteristics of the "Chinese model" at the ideological level include the adherence to the socialist core value concept, the absorption of the modernity value in the background of globalization, and the return to the traditional political value. One of the most important reasons why the "Chinese Model" has been able to radiate great vitality in the contemporary era and become the focus of the world's attention is that it has always adhered to the guidance of the basic principles of Marxism in the course of reform and opening up. Adhere to the four basic principles, fundamentally grasp the socialist direction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. However, the "Chinese model" is not really perfect. If we want to form a sound and sustainable development, we need to learn from the reasonable elements of Western civilization, such as government governance and deliberative democracy, with an open and tolerant mentality. Thus increasing the value of the "Chinese model" added. Traditional culture is the source of the development of a nation's ideology and ideology. The traditional culture of the Chinese nation has accumulated advanced and valuable ideological and cultural resources in the course of long-term historical development. For our country to strengthen the socialist mainstream ideology to provide rich resources. The conclusion mainly emphasizes that we should pay attention to the non-ideology of ideology-"Chinese model" in the ideological level of the soul, from two aspects to elaborate, do not make ideology ossified, institutionalized, absolute. If the ideology of the ruling party falls into ossification and does not have enough flexibility, it will not satisfy the interests of the majority of people, thus causing the whole society to fall into a state of division. We should avoid the rigid tendency of the "Chinese model", and we advocate upholding the guiding position of Marxism-Leninism in the ideological field of our country. We do not want us to treat Marxist theory with metaphysics, rigidity and dogma. Therefore, in the process of developing and perfecting the "Chinese model", we must guard against the tendency of exaggeration and absolutization of the ideological factors of the "Chinese model".
