【摘要】：伴隨著人口老齡化程度的加深,老年人的日常生活、保健醫(yī)療、心理精神等各個(gè)方面的服務(wù)供給存在不足,傳統(tǒng)的養(yǎng)老方式更是難以滿(mǎn)足老年人的日常需求。而“虛擬養(yǎng)老院”借助先進(jìn)的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)調(diào)動(dòng)廣泛的社會(huì)資源為老年人提供更多更優(yōu)質(zhì)的養(yǎng)老服務(wù),能同時(shí)有效滿(mǎn)足老年人的養(yǎng)老需求和企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)需求,彌補(bǔ)了機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老和家庭養(yǎng)老的缺陷和不足,而且為養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)健康蓬勃發(fā)展提供了有力保障。論文從項(xiàng)目需求管理理論角度出發(fā),梳理了虛擬養(yǎng)老院的相關(guān)理論,結(jié)合虛擬養(yǎng)老院發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)東陽(yáng)市虛擬養(yǎng)老院需求管理存在問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析。通過(guò)問(wèn)卷的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),結(jié)合老年人和社區(qū)工作人員的走訪調(diào)研,對(duì)需求狀況進(jìn)行描述。從項(xiàng)目需求識(shí)別、項(xiàng)目干系人這兩個(gè)方面,運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目需求管理理論,對(duì)需求管理存在問(wèn)題提出相關(guān)意見(jiàn)和對(duì)策。論文提出,應(yīng)當(dāng)以用戶(hù)市場(chǎng)細(xì)分和需求識(shí)別為基礎(chǔ),面向不同細(xì)分群體,提供具有特色、多樣化的養(yǎng)老服務(wù);完善和經(jīng)營(yíng)虛擬養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈,促使服務(wù)供應(yīng)商、虛擬養(yǎng)老院在線平臺(tái)、享受服務(wù)的老年人群體形成一個(gè)完整的生態(tài)圈,促成整體養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)圈中各項(xiàng)目干系人的共贏,為中國(guó)虛擬養(yǎng)老院運(yùn)作提供啟示。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the aging of the population, the daily life of the elderly, health care, psychological spirit and other aspects of the service supply is insufficient, the traditional way of providing for the aged is even more difficult to meet the daily needs of the elderly. With the help of advanced Internet technology, "virtual nursing home" can mobilize a wide range of social resources to provide more and more high-quality old-age care services for the elderly, which can effectively meet the needs of the elderly and the business needs of enterprises at the same time. It makes up for the defects and deficiencies of institutional and family pension, and provides a strong guarantee for the healthy development of the pension industry. From the point of view of project demand management theory, this paper combs the relevant theories of virtual nursing home, and analyzes the existing problems of demand management in Dongyang virtual nursing home in combination with the present situation of the development of virtual nursing home. Through the questionnaire data statistics, the elderly and community workers visit the survey, to describe the needs of the situation. From the two aspects of project requirement identification and project stakeholders, this paper puts forward the relevant opinions and countermeasures to the problems existing in demand management by using the theory of project requirement management. The paper puts forward that, on the basis of user market segmentation and demand identification, we should provide special and diversified pension services for different segments of the population, improve and operate the virtual pension industry value chain, and promote service providers. Virtual nursing home online platform, the elderly group who enjoy the services to form a complete ecological circle, enabling the overall pension industry ecological circle of stakeholders in the win-win situation, for the operation of virtual nursing homes in China to provide inspiration.
