【摘要】：運(yùn)用中國(guó)中西部地區(qū)4個(gè)省8個(gè)縣64個(gè)村莊956個(gè)農(nóng)村居民的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),本文探討了村莊直接民主對(duì)農(nóng)村居民幸福感的影響,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)：村莊直接民主能夠顯著增加農(nóng)村居民幸福感,村民大會(huì)召開(kāi)次數(shù)每增加1個(gè)百分點(diǎn)帶來(lái)的幸福感增加相當(dāng)于農(nóng)村居民家庭年人均純收入增加1.62個(gè)百分點(diǎn)帶來(lái)的幸福感增加；把窮人與非窮人分開(kāi)進(jìn)行分析時(shí),村莊直接民主對(duì)非窮人的幸福感有顯著的正向影響,但對(duì)窮人幸福感的增加沒(méi)有顯著影響。因此,本文認(rèn)為,在客觀條件允許的情況下,發(fā)展村莊直接民主仍是必要的,并應(yīng)該采取適當(dāng)?shù)恼叽偈勾迩f直接民主能夠增進(jìn)窮人的幸福。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data of 956 rural residents in 64 villages in 4 provinces and 8 counties in central and western China, this paper discusses the effects of direct democracy in villages on the well-being of rural residents. The study found that direct democracy in villages can significantly increase the happiness of rural residents. An increase of 1 percentage point in the number of village assembly meetings resulted in an increase in happiness equivalent to an increase of 1.62 percentage points in the per capita net income of rural households; when the poor were analyzed separately from the non-poor, Direct democracy has a significant positive effect on the well-being of the non-poor, but has no significant effect on the increase of well-being of the poor. Therefore, this paper holds that it is still necessary to develop direct democracy in villages under the condition of objective conditions, and appropriate policies should be adopted to promote the happiness of the poor.
