經(jīng)濟(jì)因素對(duì)醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合養(yǎng)老認(rèn)知及意愿的影響

【摘要】：目的了解不同經(jīng)濟(jì)水平家庭對(duì)醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的認(rèn)知與意愿的差別。方法對(duì)徐州地區(qū)2家公立醫(yī)院的45例老年患者及281例陪護(hù)子女進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果調(diào)查對(duì)象對(duì)醫(yī)養(yǎng)機(jī)構(gòu)認(rèn)知率總體偏低,87.12%從未聽說或只是聽說但不了解醫(yī)養(yǎng)機(jī)構(gòu),醫(yī)養(yǎng)機(jī)構(gòu)認(rèn)知、養(yǎng)老意愿及費(fèi)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與經(jīng)濟(jì)因素差異顯著(均P0.05)。結(jié)論與普通養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)相比,經(jīng)濟(jì)因素是老年人選擇醫(yī)養(yǎng)機(jī)構(gòu)更重要的影響因素。老年人群體經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況較差且參差不齊,目前應(yīng)建立在以居家養(yǎng)老為基礎(chǔ)、社區(qū)養(yǎng)老為依托,形成多元化養(yǎng)老模式、多檔次養(yǎng)老保障的綜合養(yǎng)老服務(wù)體系的基礎(chǔ)上,大力宣傳、發(fā)展醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合式養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu),以滿足高齡、失能、慢性病老人的養(yǎng)老需求。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the differences of cognition and willingness of families with different economic levels on the combination of medical and nursing institutions for the aged. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 45 elderly patients and 281 accompanying children in 2 public hospitals in Xuzhou area. Results 87.12% of the subjects had not heard of or just heard of the medical institutions, but did not know about them. There were significant differences in the cognition of the medical and nursing institutions, the pension willingness and the standard of expenses between the subjects and the economic factors (P0.05). Conclusion the economic factors are more important factors for the elderly to choose the medical institution than the ordinary pension institutions. The economic status of the elderly group is poor and uneven. At present, it should be established on the basis of the family pension as the foundation, the community old-age support as the basis, the formation of a diversified pension model, multi-level pension security on the basis of comprehensive old-age service system, and vigorously promote, To develop the medical and nursing pension institutions to meet the needs of the elderly, disabled and chronically ill.
