【摘要】：西方關(guān)于中國(guó)崛起對(duì)中美關(guān)系影響的觀點(diǎn)可以分為樂(lè)觀積極論和懷疑消極論兩類。針對(duì)該議題,西方各主流國(guó)際關(guān)系學(xué)派觀點(diǎn)各異,影響力也不盡相同。在中國(guó)崛起的背景下,為了促進(jìn)中美關(guān)系良性發(fā)展,中國(guó)積極倡導(dǎo)建立中美新型大國(guó)關(guān)系。西方關(guān)于中美新型大國(guó)關(guān)系的各種觀點(diǎn)也可以歸入樂(lè)觀積極論和懷疑消極論這兩類之中。而當(dāng)中國(guó)進(jìn)一步明確中美新型大國(guó)關(guān)系的內(nèi)涵后,美國(guó)卻在遠(yuǎn)離這一概念,并且難以在"相互尊重"內(nèi)涵的闡述上同中方達(dá)成共識(shí)。
[Abstract]:Western views on the impact of China's rise on Sino-American relations can be divided into two categories: optimistic positivism and sceptical negativity. The mainstream schools of international relations in the West have different views and different influences on this issue. Under the background of China's rise, in order to promote the healthy development of Sino-US relations, China actively advocates the establishment of a new type of great power relationship between China and the United States. Western views on the new type of great power relations between China and the United States can also be classified as optimistic positivism and sceptical negativity. However, when China further clarifies the connotation of the new type of great power relationship between China and the United States, the United States is far from this concept, and it is difficult to reach a consensus with China on the elaboration of the connotation of "mutual respect".
