臺灣青年政治參與的新態(tài)勢及其影響——基于臺灣2014年與2016年兩次選舉分析

【摘要】：近年來,在經(jīng)歷了"反服貿(mào)""白衫軍"等一系列社會運動之后,臺灣青年的政治參與發(fā)生了顯著變化,集中體現(xiàn)為2014年"九合一"選舉與2016年的"總統(tǒng)及立委"選舉中青年的踴躍投票參選現(xiàn)象。目前,臺灣青年政治參與呈現(xiàn)出一些新特征:政治參與廣度與強度的提升;從動員參與走向自動參與;青年政治參與從體制外走向體制內(nèi),呈現(xiàn)制度化參與和非制度化參與并存狀態(tài);網(wǎng)絡(luò)新媒體成為組織參與的重要媒介。臺灣青年政治參與新態(tài)勢勢必對臺灣政局以及兩岸關(guān)系產(chǎn)生重要影響,首先對臺灣傳統(tǒng)的政黨政治產(chǎn)生一定沖擊;其次直接推動與加快臺灣主要政黨的革新化與年輕化轉(zhuǎn)型;最后,臺灣青年政治參與的擴大有助于推動兩岸關(guān)系和平發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的社會化與再教育過程。
[Abstract]:In recent years, after a series of social movements such as "anti-service trade", "white shirt army" and so on, the political participation of Taiwan youth has undergone remarkable changes. It is mainly reflected in the election of "nine in one" in 2014 and the election of president and legislator in 2016. At present, Taiwan's youth political participation presents some new features: the promotion of the breadth and intensity of political participation, the transition from mobilization to automatic participation, and the transition of youth political participation from outside the system to within the system. The network new media has become an important medium of organization participation. The new situation of Taiwan's youth political participation is bound to have an important impact on Taiwan's political situation and cross-strait relations, first of all, it will have a certain impact on the traditional political party in Taiwan; secondly, it will directly promote and accelerate the reform and rejuvenation of Taiwan's main political parties. Finally, the expansion of Taiwan youth's political participation helps to promote the socialization and re-education process of the peaceful development strategy of cross-strait relations.
