【摘要】：自1978年實(shí)行改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)從計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)到市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)變,隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,引領(lǐng)中國(guó)的農(nóng)村一起逐步與市場(chǎng)接軌,廣大農(nóng)村婦女逐步脫離家庭、家務(wù)的束縛,她們的社會(huì)生活不斷豐富與完善起來(lái),農(nóng)村婦女社會(huì)性逐步深化表現(xiàn),其最具代表性的表現(xiàn)即為她們積極投身農(nóng)村的政治生活當(dāng)中,與此同時(shí)伴隨國(guó)家法制不斷完善,中國(guó)農(nóng)村婦女政治參與熱情逐漸高漲,然而由于各種歷史因素以及現(xiàn)實(shí)原因,農(nóng)村婦女政治參與水平仍需改善和提高,需要引起全社會(huì)的關(guān)注和國(guó)家政策的扶持。本文作者通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)綜述：了解國(guó)外內(nèi)學(xué)者專(zhuān)家在這一領(lǐng)域的研究現(xiàn)狀,掌握扎實(shí)的理論知識(shí),為論文的寫(xiě)作奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)和背景；通過(guò)訪談、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,獲取了大連市農(nóng)村婦女政治參與現(xiàn)狀的第一手?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)資料,為論文的寫(xiě)作奠定了扎實(shí)的實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)；在實(shí)證分析、統(tǒng)計(jì)研究過(guò)程中運(yùn)用最多的是SPASS這一最常見(jiàn)最基本的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)軟件,對(duì)所調(diào)查的問(wèn)卷數(shù)據(jù)資料進(jìn)行全方位細(xì)致深入的分析,首先從整體層面上了解到大連市農(nóng)村婦女政治參與現(xiàn)狀,設(shè)計(jì)了對(duì)大連市涉農(nóng)區(qū)市縣內(nèi)從事過(guò)民政工作的工作人員及相關(guān)專(zhuān)家的訪談提綱,以及對(duì)大連市農(nóng)村婦女政治參與的調(diào)查問(wèn)卷；其次,通過(guò)訪談和對(duì)問(wèn)卷數(shù)據(jù)的具體分析,在掌握大連市農(nóng)村婦女政治參與水平的基礎(chǔ)上,分析總結(jié)大連市農(nóng)村婦女政治參與水平偏低的成因。最后提煉出改善大連市農(nóng)村婦女政治參與水平的具體措施,使得本文協(xié)作更具有實(shí)際指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of reform and opening up in 1978, China's economic system has gradually realized the transition from a planned economy to a market economy. With the continuous development of the market economy, it has led China's rural areas to gradually integrate with the market. The vast number of rural women gradually break away from the family, the shackles of domestic chores, their social life is constantly enriched and improved, rural women's social performance gradually deepened, its most representative performance is that they actively participate in rural political life, At the same time, with the continuous improvement of the national legal system, the enthusiasm for political participation of rural women in China is gradually rising. However, due to various historical factors and practical reasons, the level of political participation of rural women still needs to be improved and improved. It needs the attention of the whole society and the support of national policy. The author of this paper through literature review: to understand the current situation of foreign scholars and experts in this field, grasp solid theoretical knowledge, for the writing of the paper laid a theoretical foundation and background, through interviews, questionnaires, First hand data on the status quo of rural women's political participation in Dalian is obtained, which lays a solid practical foundation for the writing of the paper. In the empirical analysis, the most widely used statistical software is SPASS, which is the most common and basic statistical software. The questionnaire data are analyzed thoroughly and comprehensively. First of all, we know the current situation of rural women's political participation in Dalian from the overall level. Designed the interview outline of the civil affairs staff and related experts in Dalian agricultural area and county, and the questionnaire on the political participation of rural women in Dalian. Secondly, through interviews and specific analysis of the questionnaire data, On the basis of mastering the level of political participation of rural women in Dalian, this paper analyzes and summarizes the causes of the low level of political participation of rural women in Dalian. Finally, the concrete measures to improve the level of political participation of rural women in Dalian are refined, which makes the collaboration of this paper more practical and instructive.
