【摘要】：政策是政黨與民意互動的中介�；谡h與政策關系的理論視角,通過分析民進黨的執(zhí)政表現,研究認為民進黨意識形態(tài)執(zhí)政,不僅兩岸關系受到沖擊,民生執(zhí)政也面臨諸多困境,引發(fā)社會抗議不斷,政黨支持度呈現斷崖式下降。究其根源在于民進黨投機主義的執(zhí)政文化、臺灣分裂型的政治生態(tài)和日益民粹化的民意環(huán)境,以及經濟資源匱乏等。民進黨執(zhí)政困境必然對島內政黨政治、臺灣社會團結,以及兩岸關系產生影響。尤其是民生執(zhí)政與兩岸關系存在著聯動性,當經濟民生無法有效施政,可能加大對"臺獨"意識形態(tài)靠攏力度,兩岸關系很可能成為轉移內部矛盾的主要對象,成為民生執(zhí)政失敗的替罪羊。
[Abstract]:Policy is the intermediary of the interaction between political parties and public opinion. Based on the theoretical perspective of the relationship between the political party and the policy, and through the analysis of the DPP's ruling performance, the study concludes that the DPP's ideology ruling not only suffers from the impact on cross-strait relations, but also faces many difficulties in the administration of the people's livelihood, which leads to continuous social protests. Party support declined precipitously. Its roots lie in the ruling culture of the Democratic Progressive Party's opportunism, Taiwan's splittist political ecology, the increasingly populist public opinion environment, and the lack of economic resources. The DPP's ruling predicament must have an impact on the island's party politics, Taiwan's social unity, and cross-strait relations. In particular, there is a linkage between the people's livelihood and cross-strait relations. When the economy and people's livelihood cannot be effectively administered, they may step up their efforts to draw closer to the ideology of "Taiwan independence," and cross-strait relations are likely to become the main objects of internal contradictions. To become a scapegoat for the failure of the people's livelihood in power.
