【摘要】：自改革開放以來,中國謀求與世界各國建立全方位、多層次、寬領(lǐng)域合作關(guān)系,在積極參與已有國際機(jī)制建設(shè)的同時(shí),大力發(fā)展以中國作為主導(dǎo)國的對外合作機(jī)制。中國對外合作機(jī)制實(shí)踐著在增信釋疑中推動(dòng)中國與世界各國建立穩(wěn)定合作關(guān)系的身份認(rèn)同功能,這主要通過三個(gè)層面展現(xiàn)出來:搭建對話溝通的平臺,推動(dòng)中國理念轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)闄C(jī)制的共識性原則;設(shè)置議程,推動(dòng)機(jī)制的共識性原則轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楹献饕?guī)范;簽訂合作協(xié)議,在積極履行責(zé)任中確立中國的國際合作者身份。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China has sought to establish all-round, multi-level and wide-field cooperative relations with other countries in the world. While actively participating in the construction of existing international mechanisms, it has vigorously developed the mechanism of foreign cooperation with China as the leading country. The mechanism of China's foreign cooperation practices the identity function of promoting China's stable and cooperative relations with other countries in the process of increasing trust and dispelling doubts, which is mainly manifested in three aspects: setting up a platform for dialogue and communication. Promoting the Chinese concept to be the consensus principle of the mechanism; setting the agenda and transforming the consensus principle of the mechanism into the cooperation norm; signing a cooperation agreement to establish the identity of China as an international partner in the positive performance of its responsibilities.
